Congrats! I only need to ace the final boss for 100% complete. I keep doing something stupid in the 2nd part...just need to focus and keep it together, I can do the first part in my sleep now! This one sure is a real pita, I'll bet even the level creator has trouble with this one!

Yea. the second part killed me several times. As a matter of fact, I had forgotten there WAS a second part until I had come back around that level. That was a nasty surprise.2012-09-21 17:56:00

Jesus, you must be patient. I just can't play for any longer than 2 hours before I want to headbut the Vita. Whoever said this game had easy story levels?2012-09-21 19:09:00

You can get through a whole lot of levels in 2 hours...

What I like about these story levels, beyond the fantastic presentation, is that there are very few "random" elements (except for the stupid red bombs on the final boss!). So you just need to be methodical and not rush...if you die, it's because you messed up.

The longer levels like Mainframe Heist and Re-animation Station can be trying as the tricky bits are towards the end...which makes a screw up costly. The LBPV controls seem different/tighter than LBP2 to me, they're really spot-on and I didn't find any level overly challenging which makes them fun and a joy to play.

I spent the majority of my two off days playing the thing. almost got all the score bubbles too. and yes, i think that mainframe heist was the hardest one of them all.

as far as patience goes, I spent my lunch break last night designing what amounts to a hollowed out tree stump for a level that i may or may not even create just so i could get used to the controls.

I only beat this game with only one pause: dinner. no bathroom breaks, no drinks, no snacks, nothing except dinner. And the final boss battle took me 1 try, but I lost a few lives.2012-09-22 02:18:00

I'm 100% complete now. Final boss was the most difficult for me...no other level took more than 5 attempts to ace. I can't tell you how many times I killed myself with the final bomb that comes out just as you destroy the last pink box...did it 3 times in a row tonight before finally succeding on the 4th attempt, had a good laugh at myself. Reward is just some costumes, so at least create items aren't being held hostage. )2012-09-22 02:20:00

What were the costumes? I'm trying to get the Hollows costume and I figured it'd be at the final level to get.

Actually, you get the Puppeteer, The Hollow and Stitchboy for acing the level. /spergin'

I've aced and collected all prizes. Now I just need to get three stars on that eyeball maze and Collision Course then I'm 100% done. I don't think I'm going to bother with the arcade for a little bit (unless you get prizes of course, which I don't think you do).

The first part is really easy, the second part has me all nervous and stuff cause I spent 3 minutes finishing the first part that I DONT WANT TO DIE lol. I don't even get to the gloves yet on the second part, i frantically run from the rockets and when two at a time start coming out and always try and jump away and get SACKED lol darnit this is addicting..2012-09-24 20:01:00

I recommend not trying to jump to avoid the rocket bombs! When one appears, give it a second to lock it's direction, then run a little way towards the opposite side. Trying to jump or use the bounce pads to avoid these never ended well for me.

yea. you pretty much avoid the bombs with the same strafing techniques as the laser, just slower.2012-09-24 21:59:00
