That level changed. It became a bug instead of a bubble, per the fourth level in Land of Odd. It was always just a vehicle that players rode in.

Exactly. I also did not expected this to be a powerup. Isnt the bubble just made out of some sticker / holo and sackbot moving using the followers and rotators?
