How do i sync costumes from lbp2 to lbpv?

Ones you bought are coming in a few batches that you'll have to redownload on vita when they're released. Ones you made aren't going across as far as I know.

You go to the shop from your vita and re-download it for your vita(it wont charge you again) Edit:I see Rabid-Coot won me to it Anyway,Forgot to tell you that if you live in the US you'll have to wait till the 25th to get them.

I tried doing this once and it said I couldn't download this on my Vita. Do I need to connect it to my PS3 and try it?

You can't redownload the same LBP2 DLC file onto your vita, it has to be a special file for Vita. And right now the only ones that exist are the ones from the pre-order bonuses. I did hear however EU is slowly adding its DLC archive for Vita
