I don't see how when you don't post a link. You leave no level description, pictures or anything. You expect people to play it just because you say "it's my first art gallery, it has 161 plays." And? Can i help you out on this thread cz this is just horrible. First add like 3 photo's of a few of your art peices. Second add a level link so people can queue it so they will play it. Give a brief description of what kind of art lies within this level of oddities. It doesn't have to be long and drawn out. Ok, let me let you on to a little secret... no one will play your new level with a thread like this! If you want plays you have to try and put the same amount of effort into promoting it as you have into creating it, simple as that. With Thousands of levels published every week why is anyone going to play this? sorry to be blunt but thats the way it is. Right, now that we've got that simple fact out of the way, here is what you have to do. 1, Post a level link! - most people are lazy, and if you don't include a level link you have no chance. 2, include a description of your work, List the key features that you are proud of. if its an Art Gallery, what kind of art have you come up with? how many pieces have you made? do you give any of them away? What inspired you? is there a story behind the art? do you use music to showcase your art with? has anyone helped you? that sort of thing. Basically SELL IT TO US. 3, Include some images, 3 - 5 will do. Make the shots as good as you can, I find it best to take these in create / preview mode. if you need to jazz up the shots a bit by adding some extra lighting etc, well, no one will hold that against you. See Bio's post on how to upload images. 4, Post on as many of the new level threads as you can, different sites will generate different amounts of plays, but all will generate some. 5, If you are after feedback, and i highly recommend that you should be, think about posting in the F4F thread. Good, constructive, honest feedback / criticism is like gold dust, and far more valuable that plays imo. 6, take the time to play other peoples levels and leave good feedback, they are far more likely to then play yours and return the favour. 7, If you are on Twitter, there are a number of accounts that help promote new levels, @LBPSneakPeeks , @LBP_goodglevelsearch etc. And last but not least, NEVER spam people asking them to play your level, it always has the opposite affect. Good luck, now go sell sell sell!
