Ok, so I want this GIF to be my avatar, I have the highest profile upgrade, the size is 128x160, I put it as my avatar, and its not moving. Anyone know how to fix this?

Try resizing the GIF to 100x125. Since your GIF is too large, it's automatically shrunk when uploaded, which seems to break the animation.
