I know that the full library of downloadable outfits will eventually be completely compatible with LBPV, but is there any word on whether or not you can copy over the costumes you've unlocked that are built into LBP 1 and 2? Or on-disc stickers and materials?

Only costumes you bought that are not story related. Nothing else transfers

Only DLCs will be transferrible. Costumes saved in your popit, and basically every costume object you unlocked in LBP2 that Tarsier and Double Eleven didn't include in Vita won't be able to be used in LBPV.

I thought I read somewhere (way back when) that stuff from your LBP2 moon could be transferred over. Was that incorrect, or was it planned/cut?

A lot of reviews say that for some reason,It's not true at all and you'll never be able to play LBP PS3 levels on your vita,Or continue creating when you started on your PS3
