The only reason I would get the physical ed. is that I've only got a 4GB memory card. And I'd prefer to buy LBP rather than a Memory Card with more capacity.2012-09-05 23:19:00

I'm going to get a new memory card once I get the money. For now, I'll keep the 4.2012-09-05 23:38:00

I'm going PSN for a couple of reasons:

No matter what other games I happen to be playing at the time, I will be playing LBPV quite a bit for a very long time. I really don't feel like switching came cartridges over and over and over - I'd rather just be able to pop it up whenever I want without fiddling with the hardware.
I won't be selling it... ever. No need for a physical copy.

I do hope they get the digital copy bonuses sorted soon though, because I want the Knights of Old in gold as that's the only way you'll ever be able to get it. If they allow preorders of digital vouchers through GameStop I'll probably go that route.

Physical copy for me....I would have when't the psn way but i never heard them say weather or not you would get a bonus if you got it off psn.

And lbp vita will be the only game ill be geting for the vita so ill never be swiching it out.

@ taffy ain't the bonus that comes with the Physical copy have Knights of Old in gold to?..Cause i thought they came in a rare color if you pre-orderd it.

QUOTE from playstation.blog
Pretty cool, right? What’s especially neat is that the particular colors of these pre-order Knights of Old costumes will remain exclusive forever!

PSN, I went into the Vita with the intention of never buying physical media simply because I would NEVER carry them around with me. After owning a PSP Go the thought of a portable with carts seems like a step backwards. Unfortunately the cheap ******* side of me overruled that with some some good deals ModNation Racers $4.99, Hot Shots:WI $14.99, and MK $9.99. With LBPV I have no problem paying full price to get a digital copy. Also I don't care enough about costume packs to deal with physical pre-orders.2012-09-06 20:12:00

I believe you also get the Bioshock costumes. Both costume sets will be available for sale sometime later, but Knights of the Old will be silver, not gold.

That's the deal for physical copies - no word yet for digital. Typically you get something for buying from PSN but it hasn't been announced yet. They did a preorder thing with Sound Shapes where you got a free PS3 theme, so maybe they'll do something like that.

They said a lot of times in they're twitter that they'll be announcing the bonuses for the PSN very soon.

Exactly what i think,IMO physical media is simply the past,Soon enough it will all be gone,Like what happened to the rest of our media. And if i get a card it's another object to take care of
And i don't have the patient to wait for an order,I already waited enough,The second i see it on the PSN on the 19th it'll be downloading to my vita in seconds (I'm not even joking)

Mmmm maybe I'll get the downloadable version. I just loved to have LBP PSP everywhere anytime. If the game is 3GB or less I guess that it can perfectly fit into a 4GB card.2012-09-06 21:46:00

I don't know which route to go now... The reason I wanted the physical copy was so that I could sell it when the special editions hit later next year. You know that'll happen.2012-09-06 22:06:00

I hesitate to mention this because it's not exactly ethical, but if you preorder the physical copy from someplace like Amazon and return it, you do get to keep the code...the only thing that you'll be losing is the couple of dollars for the return postage (kind of an even tradeoff in my book )

I've got it preordered on Amazon with the free standard shipping. The code usually gets sent the day of release or soon afterwards, so it doesn't matter much that the game might take a few extra days for shipping...I'll buy the digital version the day it's available and get the code soon after.

I feel the same way though...this is probably the game I'll play the most so I like having it available at all times. One of my favorite things about my Vita is that I've got about 20+ games saved on the memory card and I've never had to swap out a cartridge
