What kind of levels haven't we seen on LBP2 yet?

I haven't really seen many full-length animated features made with sticker panel on LBP2 yet. Not many at least. I can understand, though. It's a long and difficult process, and the thermometer doesn't really appreciate it. 2012-09-04 15:48:00

You must have missed the brief boom of "Cloney Rhino Greg vs. Dr. Myakysmhyack the Third's Army of Transmogrified Pencil Sharpeners-to-Telemarketing-Grapefruit Squid Salesmen (COLLECT 27 APPLES!!!)" copiable levels on the Cool Pages.

Followed by a whole spate of "No More Cloney Rhino Squid/Myakysmhyack apple levels Hart This! Save LBP!" levels.

I remember MM saying that they hoped to see a completely different genre created with LBP2. I thought it was an overly ambitious statement to make at the time and I still think so. Yes, that would be terrific. The only thing I've seen similar is "the comicbook adventures of rubber-band-ball-man" or something. Obviously it wasn't serious, but it wasn't funny or entertaining either. To my knowlege there isn't any level out there that's a good representation of a story in a manga or comic style. :/		2012-09-06 21:23:00

I haven't seen something like "Super Pang" (well know in America as "Super Buster Bros") remake, LBP Version (Not mean a copy, just a remake getting only the basic gameplay system). Is a VERY addictive and one of my favourite arcade games, I've trying play it on LBP, but seem isn't created yet. It actually crossed my mind to do a Super Pang level quite recently. Shouldnt be too hard to create this in LBP really. Anyway...if you make it then I'll definitely play it. I loved the arcade version, very addictive.		2012-09-08 02:41:00

Hmmm. i'l stick with game mechanics that havent been used or much.

Local cam levels. I've seen 3.. ONLY 3 that use local cams! My Ever Dark Depths level, Special_D_'s Toy Racer (http://lbp.me/v/-31f-d) & Trials of the Feaceless (http://lbp.me/v/d8yh2b) by Tynz21. that I have seen anyway.

Another thing I have not noticed done with a local cam is have a static local camera on a sackbot walking on attract-o. Where the camea would follow the sackbot & turn as it walks up walls and on ceilings. It looks really cool & would be an interesting level to see made.

How many levels have you guys seen with select-able maps? I guess this only applies to certain types of levels.. But I've only seen that option in a few of UrbanDevils levels, Ostler5000's & my V3 level.

What about random map generation? I'm working on that in my new project but random map generation in a regular platformer would be pretty darn cool itself.

Co-op player-sackbot levels. SUPER rare. IonPulsar's Last of the Wilds (http://lbp.me/v/yps7kb) is a very old one and it's 4 player!

True FPSs with true 3D cams. Seems like Evret is the only one to make a fully playable one. Dem Bonez.

RTS's are pretty rare too, I haven't really seen any "Sim" games.

I haven't found a level where sack boy is just strolling along happily then a giant vacuum cleaner tries to suck him up! But he is save by an old paper person who is the leader of a team ready to destroy this evil machine! His adventure takes sack boy through places such as steam punk cake lands and the cosmos itself!

And another level I haven't seen? You're a farmer from Alabama trying to win the California Smash a Blue Banana with a Solid Steel Q-Tip Contest. But just any Q-tip, it can turn into an airplane! So you fly all around California trying to find all the blue bananas and smash them with your Q-tip! Don't smash the red ones though, or you're disqualified! ... and blown up! And remember, you're not the only one in the contest! You have 3 other opponents (which could be other players). There's a psychiatrist from London, a talking dog from Massachusetts, and Mr. Bob. I haven't played it myself but it sounds like one from the description, yeah!
