Pro_ 3D Flo Simulator! [First-Person Savings!]; Check it out!

Archive: 11 posts

Hey guys, I got something out the door in record time; less than a week! But that sure was a busy week, 'cause alot of it was spent making this wonderful game/level!

My entry in the contest has you put into the shoes of Flo, wandering through the white void that is insurance limbo getting people to switch to Progressive. You have a time limit as well as score tracking to try to climb up the leaderboards! It's great fun, and I'd like to see you try! Have a great time, and don't forget to rate and review as always!

EDIT:
Some screens look empty due to the brightness not picking up some other colors (The menu has scrolling grey buildings behind it) and that text boxes and Score/race UI doesn't appear in screenshots.

Just wanted to point that out for those looking at the pictures. Sorry for double post.

I'll have you know that was just Flo turning her head sideways like a normal sackperson would when trying to push against a wall. That was intentionally programmed specifically to do that.

Hey guys, looks like I need at least 35 hearts in order to be in this thing. I know that asking for this sucks, but...

I need hearts badly! I've only released this 2 days ago! Tell your PSN friends to go out and heart 3D Flo Simulator for no reason! I'll give away all my 3D tech if you guys get me in this thing! And tell them to tell their friends!

I don't wanna do this, but if this contest is a popularity contest, well. I have to.

Looks cool! I love 3d levels, I'll go play it and most likely heart it as well.2012-09-05 05:57:00

I wake up, accepting I don't have enough hearts to be in the Top 10 for the contest...

then I see that my level was mysteriously added to a list overnight.

I contacted LittleBigPartner, and they said there's still a week before they start the voting process. So if you like 3D Flo Simulator or haven't played it yet, give it a try (and perferably heart it, since they judge by hearts) by next Thursday to support it!

If you've played it already, tell a friend!

You should check out the level posting guidelines in the main Level Showcase area.

Asking for Hearts, Plays
...is very frowned upon. This comes in many forms, predominantly with "H4H" and asking for help obtaining certain trophies. We here at LBPCentral respect the process of creating levels, and do not appreciate sullying that notion with asking for hearts or plays. If you are just trying to gain exposure, you are free to take advantage of the Feedback for Feedback option on this site. You are presented with the option when you initially post a new level, and it can be added at any time by Editing your first post and clicking 'Go Advanced.' For additional advice on making your level threads more appealing, check out these Tips for Maximizing Level Feedback.

I am VERY well aware of that. I only did stuff like that just because the contest guidelines state that they will only judge the 10 most hearted levels. All others, regardless of quality, won't be seriously considered. I put a considerable amount of time in this level and I didn't want to be disqualified simply because I wasn't viral enough.

Believe me, I wouldn't run around asking for hearts on a regular basis, but this was a rare exception. I feel like I have something really special here and I didn't want it to be unrecognized by the judges just because it was released 2 days before the deadline with only 20-something plays.

Support my level if you think it's the best 'Pro_' contest entry there is. I'm not TELLING you to heart it, but I wouldn't mind it either if you do.
