| I love these little Pizza Planet rockets, so I slapped a controlinator on one and goofed around in my empty levels with it. Then while goofing around with friends, I switched the camera settings a bit and my jaw dropped. I had something here. I showed it to xxMATEOSxx and supmike and they agreed. This was going somewhere. None of us liked how the old controlls worked with the new camera though, so mike set his logic skills to work and came up with a better system, but it wasn't perfect, so I made some suggestions, he made the changes and now they fly pretty good. I slapped a starfield behind them and mike added a canopy and some asteroids for atmosphere. Today I came up with four paint schemes so that they all look different. The plan is for an aerial/space combat vs. level for 2-4 players and probably a cooperative minigame for 1-4 players where you survive against an increasing number of enemies. Here is a peek at one of the fighters. We're still working on making them as fun as they can possibly be. All the paint jobs have very different themes, this one is currently my favorite, but I like them all. (mike, MAT and I each have different faves.) | It has been a while, but I recently put some work into this level. Here are some pics of the mostly done selection screen. I wanted a playful retro look.
