One minute you are playing in your pod the next thing you know is falling out of the sky and onto some strange Island. Try to survive the Island and earn your way back to the safety of your pod:star:

Earn enough points as you try to survive the island and buy items that will help you progress and eventually get back to your pod, be careful at night and don't get too close to the hungry sharks.:star:

Any who...The level has some cool details but theres no music you made some good use out of the
Deep Sea Adventures Pack.

Other than that this is more of a hang out level than a survival.

Thanks for the feedback...There is music but you don't get it till you earn the house upgrade, being s survival the ambiance sounds are probably more important though, I don't think you played much of the island as you didn't get the upgrades which you'll find are needed to survive the island and get home and all of the upgrades must be earned (Fish, harvest coconuts and starfish, kill, Night people) before you can do that

Thanks for the review! Yeah those blue shells are tucked away as you get a bonus when you find all 3. Have queued your F4F level and will review it as soon as I fire up my PC

Ok, so I finished with my playthrough of this. Overall, there are a lot of elements that I like but also some that I think could use work. Here's what I have for feedback.

First off, I have to say you can create some nice visuals. The land and underwater scenes came out great, with lots of detail. The only drawback really comes from the inconsistencies in the water. For instance, in the west side of the shelter, you have a great looking underwater background with the ship and so on. The problem is that this is all there is. The blank space all around it is very noticible, especially since the player spends a good amount of time submerged. This includes the blankness above the water's surface as well.
Where you have deatail, it works well, but there are a few blank atches that stand out in comparison.

The gameplay was solid as well. The idea of collecting materials to earn unlockables is a good concept, except it does get repetitive after a while. I liked that there was some difference in the points each type of fish/material gives you.
THe night people were also pretty cool. Other than the fact that they were on fire, they weren't much visually but where I thought they stood out was before they get on screen and you can hear their sound effects. I thought that was cool. Howver, because you can just spend all the night gathering points in the water, they were incredibly easy to just skip.

Speaking of skipping, at the beginning of the game, before you unlock the first barrier, it is possible to pop yourself and spawn at the shelter anyway. The barrier is still there but instead your on the other side.

Finally, there's the sound. I already mentioned the sound effects for the night attacks, still a plus. The music also works ok during the day, but when it continues at night, it sort of messes with the mood. Maybe have the music fade out when night falls to keep the enviormental effect you have going.

Other than that, I found the shopkeeper guy to be pretty funny and the objects worked nicely into the level. There are some good ideas at work here. Hope you found this helpful.

Thank you for the detailed review Mateos, it's much appreciated and you make some valid points, I wanted so much to add more coral reefs in the 3D layers but the thermo told me to shut up and stop being so stupid the emitters just refuse to emit anything if I add anymore decal

This is a really neat concept that you have here. I played through the first night and I had a good time going fishing and exploring. I also liked the ability to purchase items that help you survive longer. I do suggest that you make the night time shorter. Since we're supposed to be confined to the house during this time it does make the long night drag on. I did manage to escape the house and go for a nighttime swim though. All in all, this was a really neat concept.

Thanks for the feedback, regarding the night time, Idk if it's too long really (I think it's 3 minutes) as this is the time to earn more points by killing the night people and when you buy the upgraded house, you can have some fun in there with friends at night

This is really an unique game. I really enjoyed fishing and buying upgrades with the points I earned. The scenery was excellent and the submarine was probably my favorite upgrade because I got to kill those pesky sharks I noticed some minor issues. I think I destroyed a couple of the blue shells while I was in the submarine. It seemed like I squished them and they went poof. I don't think I collected them. Also, the camera is a little bit of a pain in some areas. When you enter the water, the camera doesn't adjust until you go pretty deep in the water. So I got zapped by a Shark when I didn't see it on the screen. A couple of issues I saw, but everything else is great. Wonderful game
