Why did you choose your username?

Archive: 138 posts

I have a fairly boring story behind mine. When I first got Xbox Live(about 11 or 12 years old) I wanted to include "cartman" in my name because I loved South Park. I was confused, however, about how to include it. I wanted something recognizable, something unique. Then it hit me. I was confused about how I wanted to include the term cartman, so I chose ConfusedCartman.

How did your username come about?

haha, nice story. Mine is very boring. The first thing i joined up to wanting to use Ryan as the username wouldn't allow me (can't remember which website this was now) which i wasn't suprised about. i didn't want anything else so i just repeated the first part of my name a few times. Thus - ryryryan. Very boring.

I decided to make my usernames have the name Alaska, because it's such an overlooked state and it would probably pique someones interest to see someone on the web whose from Alaska.

I have an account on deviantART (name: The-Alaskan-Artist), and someone came by asked me what Alaska was like. See, it worked

So you're an athelete eh? Cool, and pretty much everyone here wants to be a game designer, even if they don't know it yet. I want to be a programmer so I can mod games and get a decent paying job.

In indiana Jones 4 Shia Labeouf plays the greaser mutt williams. but when he finds out he is indiana jones's son he is not mutt williams anymore he is mutt jones. so thats where my name came from.

My username was shadow_echo at first, for one reason or another,
Then i joined a new site, looked around my desk, saw an empty packet of maltesers and decided to use that as my usersname (Though I spelt it Malteazers) and everyone shortened it to Malty. When I got a PS3 Malty was taken so I ended up with Maltay :/

Okey, it is a little history.
It was like 3 years ago, I played a free Browser-MMORPG, and a new server was started. My brother created an account and played a bit, but then he gave it to me and I played with it and so on. My brother choosed the Nick "Static Wayne" (Wayne Static does the vocals in the band "Static-X"), he just swapped the names, because there was an other guy called Wayne Static. Everybody called me Static, so I edited my nickname to Static. It's short, easy to remind and sounds cool. And because I often make fun, and I do like the Indiana Jones-Movies, I called myself Indiana Static, called my items after that and wrote a history that's similiar to Indiana Jones And so, IndianaStatic was born

But I don't use IndianaStatic as nickname, I just use StC. (short version of Static) as nickname, I just took IndianaStatic because that's also my PSN-Nick

From my Introduce-Thread :-P

Lol, ;

-My freind made an XboxLive account which was called DrunkPunishment
-All my freinds started having Drunk in their name
- I got a PS3, used Drunk_____
-Decided to use my nickname (Miffy)
Drunkmiffy. Tada

Story behind the nickname?

The same freind has a retarded neighbour (complete chav s.o.b)
My surnames Smith, so people already called me Smithy
The retard couldn't say Smithy, he ended up with "ughhMIFFY"
ughhMiffy - the ughh = Miffy!

My name is dorien because of a film called Football Factory which is about football hooliganism. In the film a character (played by Danny Dyer) is cornered in a toilet by some thugs that are looking for him but only know him by name and ask him what his name is and (for some reason he's always wanted to have a kid named dorien) he say's Dorien and they leave him alone.
I am a Millwall F.C fan (a soccer team for our American cousins lol) and they're notorious for being football hooligans and me and a lot of all our mates started calling each other nicknames from the film as a laugh and they just stuck
I bought a XBOX360 when it came out and made an account on XBOXlive as dorien and everything else i do is associated with dorien now

We've got some "football" hooligans too, though not as many riots. In one of the older stadiums, there used to be a jail under the stadium, simply because so many people were arrested, it was much more efficient. They even had a court and a judge.

The Oakland Raiders are also notorious for bad fans:

Mine is derived from the anime one piece. The main character Luffy does something called gear second, kinda like gokus super saiyen ability, but luffy turns glowing pink and steam comes out of him, in japanese he says gia secondo so I added a A in and you got my name.

I was thinking up of a story once, and I needed this one name for a character that seemed...superhero-ish? I don't know how to explain it. It took place in a floating kingdom...or something like that.

Anyway, I like wide, open spaces and the color of the sky. Blue air... Aero Blue. That's pretty much how the name came to be. Not to mention aer0blue sounds pretty original, although I DID see someone with aer0sword... Darn copycat!

Honestly, when I joined up here I didn't think I'd be posting much and that was the first of my many user names that sprang to mind. I'm getting pretty comfortable here, though, and kind of wish I'd chosen a shorter one.

I remember exactly how I got Limesta.
First when I was about 10 my friend always spelt my name as 'Lime' and not 'Liam'. The same day when he first spelt it like that he also asked me to join Runescape *sigh*. So I did.
So when I was trying to sign up for it, I had a hard time trying to come up with a username. Then I for some reason remembered how my friend spelt my name. So I tried "Lime",
it was taken, then "Limester" also taken. then "Limestar" and finally "Limesta".

The hyphen was added at the end of '08 because I had forgotten my old PSN account so I had to make a new one.
Since I my old account was named Limesta and I didn't want to think of a new name or add numbers I added the hyphen.

Well....
When i was little i saw my cousins were playing gamecube
So i walked in the room and saw them playing sonic the hedgehog 2
I was there for a couple of minutes(hours ) when suddenly..
I saw shadow
since that moment i started to like the word "shadow"(i live in mexico so that word sounds cool to me)
so i started using that word as a username for a lot of games
then a few years later a friend told me to play this online game called "mobsters"
when i was making an account i typed shadow as my username and it was already taken
so i thought putting my birthdate (March 3rd,1996)
and from that moment "shadow" became "shadow3596"

I wanted my own account besides arcticpolar which is my family's shared account and created a hotmail named moonchain@... and so on. But moonchain was already taken on PSN so I had it named moonwire. All the same I like it. The moon because I like the moon and wire (chain) because... Not really sure.
I believe I want to make a new psn as my moonwire account is getting short of slots for new friends, named dangER-ICon which contains my first name (eric) and a bit of creativity. Or I will just go back to my old arcticpolar again, since my sister uses it but wants a new name, so no need creating more and more.

A character from a story me and my brother have been formulating for ages. Like since I was 5. Course then it was a Zelda fanfic but we completely revamped that whole world...

My brother stole the name Sauron from Sauron of X-men, and Rock cause he was in fourth grade.

Hence, Rock Sauron, hero who fought the Lotorian Empire.

... Yeah, Rock Sauron wasn't evil at all. Not even based on the Sauron you're thinking of. ClankXIII gave me an avatar of Sauron in an "earthy" enviroment (still think it's my profile pic), and then I threatened to rip his heart out so I became evil :/

I made mine a long time ago when I created my PSN account. I just use it cause it's unique and easy to remember now. Anyway, it was inspired by this book.

Mine is also very boring. My name is Eddie, and I made my first online account on Nickelodeon.com when i was a little kid. So, It just came to me "Edster". It was a half Eddie, half...whatever "ster" is. But i needed to include numbers in my name. So i chose edster9. However, it was already taken, so i put "Edster91". Ever since then, my name had evolved with different numbers. Funny thing is, i hate when people have numbers in their user-name. But the "9" just stuck with me. And i dont even like the number 9.. 2010-08-18 22:57:00

I really regret my name, I got my PS3 on launch date so I could've had NO NUMBERS. But no, I was an annoying 10 year old and I wanted to ruin it.

'resistance' is taken from the resistance games (Imaginative, eh?). '1' is because I thought it was 1337 to have numbers.

Hmm let's see. Why would I choose such a unique username?

Siberian - Since I love wolves and a husky kind of looks like wolf, I decided to use it.
Ninja - Do I really have to say it? Ninjas are just plain awesome.
As for the 15, I just plain like the number.
I could have kept it off but my username just looked bare without it.

Well when I was younger I wanted to join this website called Club Penguin. Every single name that I tried was taken, but before that however I was watching Jimmy Neutron (a show) and one of the friends in the show misspelled the word Amigos (Means friends in spanish if you don't know). He spelled it Amigps instead. So I tried that, and ever since then. I've always used that for EVERYTHING having to do with making some sort of account name. So if you ever see an Amigps anywhere, chances are that it's me 2010-08-19 07:56:00

Most people probably think my name is just a bunch of numbers and letters, oh how wrong they are.

In my life away from all things internet I'm a complete car nut, rev head, whatever you want to call it. If you look to the left a little you'll see a car in my avatar. That is my favourite car the Nissan 180sx similar to the 240sx but with a better engine And the name of that engine just happens to be SR20DET. The 'SR' is the engine's code name, '20' refers to the engines displacement wich is 2.0L or about 120ci, the 'D' stands for double overhead cam, 'E' is for electronic fuel injection and the 'T' indicates whether the engine is turbocharged or no, so an SR20DE is the non-turbocharged version.

As for the DOG on the end. I originally put it there as a joke because at the time a made the name I would see Dog in names everywhere. Now though, it always reminds me of my sister's late dog, which I think is a much nicer reason to have it there. And the reason it's capatilized is to fit in with all the other capitals, SR20DETDog or SR20DETdog just didn't look good to me

Mine's so embarrassing.

Basically when I first started going online - every single username I tried was already taken... and for some reason a really cheesey 80's ET rip-off film called Mac and Me (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0095560/) was the first thing that popped into my head.
Pretty much noone has this username so it works on just about every site - and so I've ended up stuck with the username of a cheesey 80's movie I don't even like

Well, I used to use PizzaBling for other accounts for whatever reason. I was quite a bit younger when I made those accounts so I can't remember why I named myself that. I like pizza and didn't own ANY of jewelry, so who knows...

So when I got my PS3 (almost 4 years ago), I wanted to name myself PizzaBling, but somehow someone already had the name. So, I just replaced the "Z's" with "G's" and got piggabling.

Everyone thinks it's because I like bacon, pigs, and jewelry, when in reality I don't really like any of them... It's kind of one big contradiction!

@ Yaru - Clapton isn't a band it's a him. Eric Clapton. Made the album Legend Comes Alive which is one of those generational albums that if you were alive - you owned. Look him up on YouTube.

About my username.... sort of a long story...

So in college I had a friend that was a little strange but oh so much fun to hang out with. When I was in a bad mood or having a rotten day he'd always call me "Lady Morgana" like when I'd complain or say I was going to do something he'd say, "Very good, Lady Morgana" with a nasally sicophantic voice. It made me laugh, even when I was in a bad mood. So.... I sort of had an affinity for the name before that because I liked the name Morgan and turns out that Morgana is the Italian version of the name "Morgan LaFey" which is King Aurthur's half sister... or something like that - stories vary depending on where you look. lol

oh, and 25 is my birthday and incidentally my age when I set up my first email account so Morgana25 it was btw, I love that you guys call me Morgy... never heard that version of it and it's cute. lol.

@Morgana...that Clapton album was actually Legend Comes Alive. You may have been thinking Frampton Comes Alive, and that definitely was the album to have in it's time.

Eric Clapton is one of the greatest guitarists. Some may not know this but he was in the Yardbirds, Blind Faith, Cream, Blues Breakers, Derek and the Dominos but mostly solo.

This is the story why my LBPC name is Mr.kittycat

in a roleplay gameabout cats is The portal quest fantasy, per Mendlesohn (as opposed to an immersion, or an intrusion, or a liminal, or whatever else, and trust me, we’ll get there), is a didactic idiom: one that takes its necessarily na?ve protagonist on a tour of the otherworld with a garrulous guide or guides who brook questions almost as often as interruptions. “Fantasyland is constructed,” she says, and we should be clear, she means Fantasyland is constructed in the portal-quest fantasy,
in part, through the insistence on a received truth. This received truth is embodied in didacticism and elaboration. While much information about the world is culled from what the protagonist can see (with a consequent denial of polysemic interpretation), history or analysis is often provided by the storyteller who is drawn in the role of sage, magician, or guide. While this casting apparently opens up the text, in fact it seeks to close it down further by denying not only reader interpretation, but also that of the hero/protagonist. This may be one reason why the hero in the quest fantasy is more often an actant rather than an actor, provided with attributes rather than character precisely to compensate for the static nature of his role.
Which, okay, and now let’s skip ahead a couple of pages—
This form of fantasy embodies a denial of what history is. In the quest and portal fantasies, history is inarguable, it is “the past.” In making the past “storyable,” the rhetorical demands of the portal-quest fantasy deny the notion of “history as argument” which is pervasive ucture becomes ideological as portal-quest fantasies reconstruct history in the manner of the Scholastics, and recruit cartography to provide a fixed narrative, in a palpable failure to understand the fictive and imaginative nature of the discipline of history.
Flip back a page or two—
Most modern quest fantasies are not intended to be directly allegorical, yet they all seem to be underpinned by an assumption embedded in Bunyan’s Pilgrim’s Progress (1678): that a quest is a process, in which the object sought may or may not be a mere token of reward. The real reward is moral growth and/or admission into the kingdom, or redemption (althouh the latter, as in the Celestial City of Pilgrim’s Progress, may also be the object sought). The process of the journey is then shaped by a metaphorized and moral geography—the physical delineation of what Attebery describes as a “sphere of significance” In any event, the very presence of maps at the front of many fantasies implies that the destination and its meaning are known.
And maybe it isn’t too clear, immediately, on the map in Papa Tolkien’s tome, how the process of the journey is laid out, how it is exactly the geography’s metaphorized and moralized. But pull out some more maps, pore over them, look at how the Skull Kingdom’s always behind the Knife Edge Mountains—
You will go here, and have this adventure; go there next, and meet this companion; you will face physical hardship in the mountains, then inner turmoil in the deep woods, and if there’s a city, there will almost always be a seige, and a tower, and a coronation. Go and look at Papa Tolkien’s map again, and keep what you know of the story (of story itself, even) in mind (you know the story; the thing about this sort of thing is you’ve yes always already known it), it becomes clear that the destination and its meaning are known, are written there before you, that there was only one way it could ever have ended, once you started in the bucolic upper left; you had to sweep down and down to those snarling mountains in the lower right, and the city of Gondor gleaming there, where you might find your reward. —Didactic, fixed, moralized, metaphorized; cartography has been recruited, yes yes.
protonovels. I was reading Tolkien, and it was the maps as much as the text that floated my boat.
Mendlesohn, and this is important, is describing an effect of the rhetoric of the portal-quest fantasy. And it is a terribly important and I would even say o’erweening effect; she is not wrong to highlight it and draw protective circles about it thrice and thumb its forehead with penitent ash. The didacticism, the storyable past, the moralized geography, the protagonist as actant, the you-must-do-as-you-are-told-to-save-us-all (to reach the Celestial City, to redeem yourself)—this (if I might stuff it all into a singular word) is the supreme weakness of the portal-quest, and because the portal-quest is even now the supreme idiom of fantasy, is even now all of what most of us know of fantasy at all, this effect she’s described must therefore be addressed one way or another by every phantastickal book on the shelf.
But it’s hardly the intent of the na?ve protagonist, the travelogue through fantasyland, the expository wizard, the map on the frontispiece. —Nor is it anywhere close to the only effect this furniture, these bits of business, might have on the reader, and the reading.
I’ve embedded images of these books because they offer, in various ways, some of the visual appeal which takes hold of readers of LOTR, The Hobbit and so on; Tolkien was susceptible to the paraphernalia of scholarship, to maps, manuscripts, the annotations which triangulate desire on such artifacts as objects of retrospection to a more heroic time—one constructed as real through the survival of such relics. For a certain sort of reader, scholarship is glamorous because reinforcing l’effet du r?el.
The intent (an intent) is to take us readers by the hand and lead us from the world as it is out and away beyond the fields we know, and the simplest, easiest, most direct way to do this is to put fantasyland Out There and lead us through it, dragged along behind a protagonist who doesn’t know much more than we do, who must have stories told to them (and us) about the things they see, and because we are traveling about together in this other world, well, why not a map? That artefact of traveler’s journals ever since travelers began keeping journals. (Did every traveler keep a journal? I mean, all of them? How long ago did they begin, anyway? Were they really journals, or were they more reflections written long after the travels that spawned them? Or, y’know, propaganda, or marketing collateral, or—
—To insist that history is multivocal, is an argument to be taken up and not a story that is dictated, is, well, is correct; to castigate this simple, brute-force technique for lulling a reader into the fields beyond as not living up to this basic truth of how we know what it is we know is, well, is also correct—but it overlooks the fact that the many and varied voices that carry out this argument of history, these arguments with history, are carried by books upon books within books echoing off books.
Most fantasylands are lucky to get just one.
And this is not an excuse, no. But it is a way out of the supreme weakness hobbling this idiom supreme: there’s absolutely nothing to prevent a writer from taking a protagonist and the reader bobbing along behind through a portal and on a quest that traverses an argued, arguable fantasyland, one where the questions one asks of the garrulous wizards, the interruptions one makes in the stories they try to dictate, are themselves important bildungstones, are themselves crucial steps on the road to the Crystal City of redemption and restoration.
(The trick of course is that the bedrock grammar of fantasy—that’s Clute, we’ll get there, trust me—would set you on a road to redemption and restoration, which irresistably implies that the questions asked will ever have final, true, correct answers; if you aren’t careful, you’ll just end up shifting the mantle of diktat from garrulous wizard to impertinent protagonist. —I never said it would be easy.)
But even if one doesn’t, even if the book one is reading hasn’t come anywhere near this ideal, well: it’s still a book. And the street will always find its own meanings in books. The most univocal, didactic, imperiously railroaded books can’t help but be polysemous; for ****’s sake, they’re books.
Recruit them all you like. Metaphorize and moralize until the very tectonic plates groan beneath the weight of your intentional fallacies. Make the road from Here to There through those Fields Beyond as straight and clear a track as you like. The thing about maps is no matter how simple or na?ve they are they can’t help but hold more than you put into them. It’s the nature of maps. Even if it’s just the words Here there be Dragonnes. —Even if it’s just blank space surrounding the railroad track you’ve laid! Hell, sometimes blank space is the most evocative of all.
and forget for a moment the too-obvious sweep of narrative laid out before you from Eriador through Gondor to Mordor. Haven’t you always wondered, lying on your stomach, map unfolded carefully carefully from the endpapers and laid out on the carpet before you, haven’t you always wanted to kn

well, mines kinda a small story: huntedstorm... lets see here
basicly what happened was originaly my PSN name was Pie_Z_Good (made up when I was 9-10, and became my psn a few years later) this current one, huntedstorm was actualy bassed off a charactors name in a book, and it started off as huntingstorm... this book... err... series! was based around some cats (yes I love cats) split up into 4 clans, thunderclan, riverclan, windclan and shadow clan they all had names. they were like, for example tigerpaw, fireheart, whitewing, leafpool, random and to do with nature you see... so I deicided to take a crack at my own name, hunter... hunted... hunting... now all I needed was a neet bit on the end, storm in this case, over time it became hunted... and yeah! theres my story.

NECRO.

Pointless fact: Native Americans named their children after the first thing they saw after leaving the teepee the child was born in.

Well many make the mistake of believing "LBP" stands for "LittleBigPlanet" This simply is not the case. My original name was BEP333 ( still is on just about... everything ), but when I got the PS3 I made it LBP333 to stand for "LibertyBringsPeace" 333

Mm TOTALLY stole my acronym.

Threads like this are worth repeating again.

Now... at first, I didn't even think about the name "Outlaw-Jack" when doing my PSN. I had a million names in my head considering that, well... the name was-a gonna be permanent, so it had to "stick". And, since I wanted my name to NOT sound noobish and beginner's rubbish and stuff, I thought I'd fancy it up by adding the suffix "ville" to the end, hence the name Stickville (that and it was the name of a comic strip I was doing). Eventually, the name DID stick to people... making me an infamously renown lunatic on the Burout Paradise servers. Then my PS3 crashed, corrupting my data and (somehow) removing my PSN temporarily. So when I tried to create anew, well... all of my saves and data were screwed over in the process. So now I have a corrupted PSN (NostalgicNinja) with little to no chance of recovery. Oh, and I can't use the PS Store as well, so there goes about $5 I had saved on the file ;_;.

After all of that, I of course had to start a completely new account. I was gonna use the name "Chaiotix", my personal moniker and completely made-up persona on Runescape... but that sounded too... "Japanophile" to me, if y'know what I mean. So I went and experimented with different name combinations, like "Black-Ace", "PSKing", "SniperDude" and even "TheAlmightyBob". But, alas, it came down to three possible titles: "Gunsmith", "Rebel", and "Outlaw", since they all fitted my need to be unique, and they sounded bad-donkey. Then it narrowed to just "Gunsmith" and "Outlaw" (ironically, I'd be using "Rebel" later ). I was really leaning forward towards "Gunsmith"... but then almost suddenly switched to "Outlaw" before I even realized it. I chose the name "Jack" because it sounded cool (my real name ain't Jack, btw, but feel free to call me Jack ). I didn't even realize that I'd be making Outlaw-Jack into a self-made title. But then, something... "tragic", happened... to the point that I can't even access my profile anymore.

And THAT right there is how I ended up with oOPacificRebelOo... someone plz shoot me for that. >_<

I don't think anyone is more embarrassed about their username than me.

My brother stole my original username (Emperor Smith - a literary reference to a set of cheesy 70's trash novels - Remo: The Destroyer series) because he thought it was cool.
So I then had to think up a new one,
For some reason the only thing that popped into my head was a cheesy 80's ET rip-off "Mac & Me (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0095560/)" .
Replaced the ampersand with an 'N' - and there's my username. It's unique enough that I can register that username on most sites.

It's just embarrassing when I meet people online who actually know the film - and think that I'm a fan of it

DayneOram - Cause it's my name Anonymity isn't really my thing!

PSN: falcon-636 - because falcons are pretty cool and 636 was a random number I chose at the time... If introduce usename changes for cash, I will change my PSN name to the same as my LBPC one.

Well I heard a song on youtube about zombies and the chorus was "all we want to do is eat your brains" and then in the comments there was a guy who changed the lyrics to "all we wanna do is punt your gnomes".

About a month later I got PSN and called it that.... and me being about ten or elven at the time spelt it wrong (epic fail I know)

So... yep, I Punt Knomes (Pronounced Gnomes or K-Gnomes)

......?

I'm not sure you're grammar is correct, because I can't understand what you just said.

....really dude...REALLY?? :/
You're trying to act all grammar Nazi, and you do THAT?

If you're gonna act all "I never misspell anything," at least try to avoid simple mistakes like that. :S

(Btw, I'm not posting to be a grammar Nazi, the fact that he misspelled doesn't matter to me, the fact that he misspelled while complaining about grammar just seems wrong to me.)

Why did I choose my username? Well, when a Mommy Clock and a Daddy Clock love each other ... and that's how Cogs are born.

But for cereal, one of the first games I played on the Xbox 360 was Gears of War, and at the time when I played it I had to create a gamertag, I also played Halo 2, so I combined the two games to get the name Cog Spartan 457. I liked the name but over time it shortened to Cog Spartan, then Cog, sometimes Cohggus, or Coggly. But yeah, my name has kinda moved away from Gears of War, and I think of it more as the things that are in clocks.

Maybe I did make that mistake, but it was to prove a point, my mistake was small, and my point was still understandable, but that one wasn't, so grammar mistakes are ok in small numbers.

Not really sure what I just said, but I made the best of a bad situation!

IDK, Just thought of doctor then the Dr. then I registered with -DR-. I use it everywhere. As for my PSN name, I like Great White Sharks, so I just added three 0's to the end and that became my new PSN.

My old PSN is easy. Schrader is my last name (It's German), and there's 4 people in my family so I used that.

Well... my one just came to me I guess, but when making my PSN account I had Evil-Dawg in mind (I like dogs ). Someone had it... so then I tried stuff like Hot-Dawg, but it was taken, so I tried Flamin-Hot-Dawg, a combination of Flamin' Hot, a crisp flavour and a general expression for hot things, and Hot Dogs. I dunno why I spelt it Dawg, it just sounds cool .
I used to hate my name, and was thinking of making a new account, but I stuck with Flamin-Hot-Dawg and now I love it! I just love hearing angry 7 year olds on COD try and pronounce it too. "Hey Flamunot Dwag, you fail!" and "'ave iiiiiit, Flamin Hot Dorg!"
And now I'm known as Dawg, Dog, Hawt Dawg, Dawgie, Mmmm hawt dawg and many more nicknames.
I also incorporate "Dawg" into most of the usernames I make now, such as Dawgeh (Try and guess what this is for ), TehDawg (for iCanHazCheezburgur) and BattlefieldDawg (for Battlefield Heroes, but it doesn't work )

I'm not really sure why I chose napero but it seems to have sticked...
Napero means "little tot" or a small child in finnish and I'm the youngest in my family, I'm not really sure but I think that is the reason why I chose to be napero.
The 7 is just because napero is pretty much always taken (at least on finnish sites) so I added a lucky number.
I've thought about changing the username but I'm known as napero7 pretty much everywhere, it would be too much hassle

I was joining a Nintendo forum. I like kirby, I'm male (though not a man if you class them as over 18s), and 62 is a cool number. It kind of stuck after that.2010-12-23 16:58:00

I liked fire and explosions and... uhh... kipper the dog (i was 9) so i combined 9-year-old fantasies with emus, flamingemu for my hotmail. I guess it just stuck, and i quite like it 2010-12-24 18:11:00

ok. I have a fairly old story behind mine, and it is pretty good, i think anyways. Ok, when i was in the fourth grade, which was,.. like, 6 years ago, i first started doing alot of drawing. I loved cars back then, and i drew a LOT of cars between the fourth grade and now, though i dont draw them as often as i used to, what with sackboy and all, I made a series of like, 300 cars of more i think, all with the same design on the body, each better than the last, i called them the "flamester" series, cause they had flames. And, it stuck, i have used that ever since. The ART part of my name came fromone day when i spent three hours trying different numbers with flamester before and after and NONe of them worked, so i added the art, and it worked, plus, in my email, there is a 1927 at the end. The 1927 came from a quarter that my aunt found at a metal recycling place that she used to work at. It was made in 1927, it had the statue of liberty sitting in some kind of throne or something on one side,.. and something that i cannot remember on the other, most of it was worn away, but it was still pretty awesome, so i added that. Not very impressive, but completely true.2010-12-25 07:10:00
