Is there a way to set up a level you have made to have both co-op and vs so the player can choose which one?

Nope. At least not with only one level. You could create 2 separate levels, if you feel the level is worth using 2 of your publish slots for but there's no way to toggle between the settings mid-level.

Aus dem Archiv wurden alle persönlichen Daten wie Name, Anschrift, Email etc. - aber auch sämtliche Inhalte wie z.B. persönliche Nachrichten - entfernt.
