Hi, I am making a level, in the level your character goes to sleep, is it possible to change the light in the game, i.e. if you walk onto a button the screen goes dark.

No it is not. I would be happy if it was the case The only way i found to simulate it is to start with a dark stage and to lights up the part in the day phase.

only thing i can think of is put lights all over ur lvl to make it look daytime, then have a button to turn the lights off where u want him to go to sleep.

Hi, I am making a level, in the level your character goes to sleep, is it possible to change the light in the game, i.e. if you walk onto a button the screen goes dark. "Your character goes to sleep"? Well, unless Mm have left something in the rest of us don't know about then you're on your own. Otherwise, no. There isn't a switch to alter the global settings, since when you alter them, there is no psyhical entity to attach switches to, or interact with the world. You can instead use emiters or stage transitions (off-screen winches, pistons etc.) to cover the screen with a picture to symbolise this, and swap characters around behind it so they say different things to reflect this, but the time of day would still relatively be the same. You can use Fog and dawn or dusk to obscure the precise time of day to give the appearence that time may have changed, but you must also make sure that the camera can not see outdoors during this process.
