Random randomizer?

I've started a new project the really needs a good randomizer, but I've not heard any news that the provided randomizer has been fixed. There are many ways of manipulating a randomizer for it to be truly random. 1. Don't let a randomizer begin randomizing things in create mode, and then use that randomizer in play mode while in the middle of resetting. If you do that, it will always select the same things repeatedly. 2. Involving the player, making it emit at any time, making it based on something weird such as movement, or anything else weird can throw players off if they think they can possibly manipulate the randomizer. 3.
