Hi I have been wanting this item for a while but can't find it and don't know what it's called. I have finally found it in a video which I am posting here. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oDV7bg9bOPQ It is the ninth costume in the video with the great big wings. The decoration is the yellowy bright spike things hanging from his wings. Skip to 1 minute and 09 seconds in the video to see the costume. Thanks!

Alright, those are any type of wings, but they have the Marvel Level Kit "Wing" decoration on each costume wing, and the Pirates Of The Caribbean Level Kit "Torch" decoration for the glowing. I hope this helped!
