Think TRON goes clubbing, with funky disco robots! Features: A neon theme and visuals Music by FLYINGPOTAOMAN Tricky platforming action Beat the clock scoring system 'Elevator' mini-game (Ace this to receive bonus score credits) Funky disco robots And enough electricity to power a small country!! (ONE PLAYER recommended due to possible lag issues) Note: PULSE is easier if you play with an illuminated costume, but, hardcore gamer's will of course play in total silhouette! Which are you? man man! you have a knack for taking my breath away with your levels. This was a pure treat to play and I enjoyed almost every second of it. Very well made with smooth platforming. I like the balance and variety of the level. Nicely done. The only thing I'll nitpick is that one section with the columns coming down and you have to keep avoiding them. This section lasted a tad too long I felt, so maybe shave 5 or 6 minutes off this section. Kiddin' of course, but it did seem to drag on a bit and when the clock is ticking on the race you don't want to be standing in one spot for too long dodging columns, you want to go go go. Speaking of the race, one more tiny thing and this has bugged me for some time, not just this level but other race levels as well. I know it don't affect the scores because everyone sees it, but cutscene cameras on a race kinda messes with the flow of the level, you know? I'm racing along and trying to get the best time possible and have to sit there while a cutscene happens. Even if it's only 2 seconds it bothers me. That's just me though. This level kicks major hiney and I'm about to get off here and go play it again. SpaceMonkey...I really enjoyed this level. Your masterful silhouette style lends itself well to the neon lit realm of this interesting and very entertaining platformer. I enjoyed the reveals of the hidden areas, and I pretty much gave up on completing the race in record time, so I could study the visuals and the allure. To Bio's point about the section where the columns move up and down and you have to avoid them, I think the amount of time spent there would be less of a concern if the coulumn movement continued to increase in speed to such a degree that it was almost impossible to avoid them. That would raise the excitement level significantly, which I believe would result in heightened entertainment appeal. Overall an excellent platformer with a fresh style and replay appeal.

I have it Q'd but judging by the description and biorogue's review it's gonna be awesome. Wow. That level was just.. Wow. Words cannot describe how awesome it was. I'm not usually a fan of races but this was just awesome. I didn't even care that the timer ran out and I died tons and tons of times. Intact I'm suprised I wasn't at the bottom of he score board. Just the theme of this techno level and the music fit so perfectly. I loved it, is amazing! If you don't get spotlighted, my jaw would drop. In fact I think it deserves an MM pick. It was just so amazing I can't think of anything good to say, so I'll end it here. Wow

Thanks guys! I agree that the elevator section could be polished up, I have actually shortened it down, it was even longer! lol PULSE only became a race level right at the end, I had finished the building process with the level thermo pretty much maxed out! then I realised that I had absolutely NO scoring in it. obviously a 'platformer' with no score wouldn't work, so i had to find a way to add score that didn't use any thermo. thats why I went for the race gates and decreasing score combo. Ricks idea of speeding the columns up is a great one and would definitely add to the race feel, i will look into that.

I've updated the dreaded elevator section, its now much quicker, down to well under 1.30. hope this makes that section play better.

Another splendid job on a silhouette level. The neon material usages are epic, and the effects will leave player's jaws dropped. The techno music fitted well in this level, too. The platforming gameplay is filled with intriguing obstacles, and the level has some great use of bounce pads. It's a silhouette level that everyone should try out. VISUALS: 5/5 SOUND: 5/5 GAMEPLAY: 5/5 OVERALL: A yay, heart and positive review

Very nice level i mostly loved the music in it. The Tron feel it had to the look was great as was the gameplay. Unfortunately my PS3 hung when someone tried to invite me as i was playing so i couldn't finish it. But i'm bound to play it again your levels are great.
