The Dream Reaper - feedback please!

This is a new level concept I started working on in the last few days. It began with some objects and thematic ideas which I had been tinkering with.

Just wondering what people think of this idea, and maybe a few ideas on how to develop the gameplay on the way.

The Dream Reaper (working title to date is "oblivion"). Progress ~ 15%

Plot device: An unknown and evil force is stealing all the dreams from the LBP community. Without dreams, the creators cannot create and the LittleBigUniverse is fading away. You must go to sleep and enter the dream world, where you will confront the Dream Reaper and retrieve all the dreams.

Introduction:

You are alerted of the crisis by your sack friend, and told to go to sleep in your room. From here, the light fades and when black, the room dissolves dumping you into "dreamworld"

Main gameplay environment:

A rocky, moonlit path scattered with trees. Medival style architecture (bridges, etc). Surrealist landscape. Gameplay progresses through a series of environmental obstacles and fantasy-inspired creatures.

Vehicles:

Quadroped spider, which you will ride during a short segement yet undefined.

Landmarks:

The dream reaper's castle, reached only by hopping an ascending series of floating islands.
