I need to make a sackbot that when you jump, by pressing jump again he will hover for a certain amount of time before falling back down. I want to be able to still move the character left and right while he hovers. I'm assuming it involves a mover, anti gravity tweaker, and timers, i'm just not sure how to arrange it right. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hmm. I'd have to actually create this to be sure, but one option is to have that when you hit x the second time, a timer starts counting down. While its active an anti grav tweaker is on. For the movement, I'd have an AND GATE requiring both the TImer to be active and the player to move in the correct direction, and attach it to the left/right of an advanced mover. That way the player will move normally when on the ground and use the mover while in the air. (I'm not sure this is necessary as the mover might work anyway, but it depends on your preference). You might need to tweak some of the settings to make it look the way you want, but just as a default this should work.

This should do the trick: http://i7.lbp.me/img/ft/2e72f55859981da3e55a0b47511773308eca3c76.jpg The left counter (which the x button is wired to) counts to 2. It detects whether the player has jumped. It is reset when the player touches something. The left counter activates a 1 shot counter. The 1 shot counter activates a anti-gravity tweaker and an advanced mover, of which the horizontal movement can be controlled with the left analog stick. The 1 shot counter activates a timer on the right. If the timer reaches a certain time, the counter will be reset, deactivating the gravity tweaker and the advanced mover.
