Little Big Planet Creator Contest V3 From July 25 - September 1 2012 For this version of the Little Big Planet Creator tournament, participants have a little more than a month to create a level or game based off an anime or cartoon of their choosing. It can be any cartoon or anime they wish. You can use Little Big Planet or Little Big Planet 2. Anyone that wishes to participate has until 12 am on Sept 1 to enter. After that, contest entry won't be accepted and judging will begin. Rules: - You can't use a level or game you've already created prior to July 25. ( meaning it must be a new creation) -When you register to the event, you MUST send the name of the anime or cartoon your creation will be based on to the moderator when you send your PSN ID. Choose well because you CAN NOT change it. Creations will be judged on the following: -Accuracy (how well it follows the story of cartoon or anime you're representing.) -Creativity ( how unique your level is) -Fun Factor (how enjoyable your level is) -Playability (this one is really important. Your level can't be broken on something that people can't complete.) Unlimited Number of Participants may enter Prize - 3 month Playstation Plus code and $15 Amazon ( or Paypal money equivalent upon winner's choice) Come Register at Playstation Gamer League to enter the Event (http://www.playstationgamerleague.com/index.php?/calendar/event/40-little-big-planet-creator-contest-version-3/)

That's some pretty nice prize. Hopefully a lot of people are going to enter this. Got a question though: After we register why can't we choose a different project? Is it because people can't choose the same anime recreation?

Is it because people can't choose the same anime recreation? Well, it's nothing like that. If people have the same anime or cartoons isn't the issue. It's more to do with what happened the last time we held this tournament. Not to get into too many details, but someone found a little way to "try" to cheat. We caught it, but the fact that it was attempted made is more cautious this time around. Having the contest set up the way it is now nullifies it.

If I wasn't so lazy, I would DEFINITELY make a Samurai Champloo level.. Aww, ya should really go for it. If enough people actually sign up, there will be a second and third place prize too. So you never know, if ya made a Samurai Champloo level, there could be a prize for it

Film included. And yup, our contests for anything has always been available to anyone. And we give you the equal of $15 Amazon should someone outside the U.S. win
