Where would I post a thread about my upcoming level but I need people for it. To make it a little bit simpler, where would I post my upcoming "Joker's Level Picks" in which I need people to submit there levels for a chance to make it into the level.? Also this site could use a "Question/ Help" section, because I am confused and was confused with a few things. Thank you in advance.

And I honestly don't know where you would post a thread for that... Maybe in the Everything Else LBP2 (http://www.lbpcentral.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?117-LBP2-Everything-Else-LittleBigPlanet-2) section...

If you're promoting a level you're working on but isn't finished you can put it in the Ideas and Projects section BUT if you're looking for help working on it you could put it in the Finding Other Happy Gadders section. It depends on what you want to focus on. If you just want people to comment on what you've done so far or give advice I'd say go for the Ideas and Projects area, if the focus is to find others to help go for the Gadders option. About the Joker level pics thread - I'm not sure what you mean by make it into the level. Can you explain further?

About the Joker level pics thread - I'm not sure what you mean by make it into the level. Can you explain further? I believe he is trying to make a picks level where players submit levels for him to review. If they meet his standard, then they 'make it into the level' meaning he puts a link.

Ah, well if you want to review them you can make a thread in the reviews section but if you aren't going to write up a review then I'd suggest the ideas and project section.
