Desert Tears

Archive: 4 posts

This is a new series that I started just now, called Desert Tears. The whole world has become one giant desert, can you help save the world? To do so, you will have to head to a research facility on the outskirts of an old, abandoned mine. Be careful, as the research facility's power supply has gone haywire! Part 2 will be even epicer, but for now, enjoy!

Just played it and its actually pretty good. I would make sure to throw in some more score bubbles and such. The use of the creatinator was pretty cool with the light bulbs. One part that frustrated me a bit was the part where you get to the top and there's that bouncy pad that launches you. I kept getting stuck in the contraption on the other side so i couldn't continue. I finally got it but aside from maybe some lighting tweaking, the score bubbles and the part i got stuck at. I really enjoyed it. Cant wait to see an updated finished project! Good luck2012-07-20 20:26:00

It was a nice platforming adventure - as I said in my review in game though - it would have been nice for some actual narrative as I was playing but I suppose for a first level the silence was expected.

You should consider adding bubbles as the Curt suggests - apart from that there are no major concerns.

Feel free to check out the level in my sig
