My brother deleted it so I was wondering, can it be possible to lose costumes. I'm hoping not, I really love my Raiden costume.

Unless he deleted your LBP1 DLC game data thingy, you won't lose your DLC. Even if you did, you can always just re-download it from the PS Store.

I have GOTY version though. I'm just hoping it'll work on LBP2.

Was the LBP1 game data deleted? Or just the save data? If the game data was deleted, all you need to do is go re-install it by loading LBP1 GOTY again. If it was just the save data, then you're all good.
