I'm making a level that uses some custom paintings made using the Move's Paint tool that I want to give away, but I want to know one thing first. Can players who don't have the Move pack or controller (In other words, the majority) still collect and use paintings as prizes? Or would I be better off converting it to a sticker or object?

I don't see why not.. Test out the theory by finding a friend that doesn't have the Move Pack, and giving him one of your paintings.

I thought paintings ended up being the exact same thing as stickers. I don't see it being a problem at all. If it is, the solution would be to simply take a picture of your painting with the in-game camera. Then it would for sure be a sticker.

Yes they can, I gave paintings to people who didn't have the move pack; I even use them for microchip icons. Paintings are just stickers.
