Alright, so, just a second ago I was going to send someone a PM about something. I was typing stuff down, took a break, came back to my computer, and before typing up anymore, I 'previewed' the message. It was just how I wrote it, but when I wanted to add more, the text bar turned to a grey. I could no longer type in it, and when I clicked on the grey box, an orange outline appeared. Here's a screenshot I took for reference. http://i.imgur.com/8MszX.png When moving my mouse around, and getting it close to the bottom right corner, the pointer switched to where I could expand the message downward. so, being the doofus I am, I played with it, and made it to where the grey bar was very long. I then decided to reload things, and wahoo, the grey bar was gone! Unfortunately, my stupid actions resulted in the long bar to still be ther.e No worries though, just bring it back to it's original size by un-expanding, or minimizing it. Unfortunately though, when I tried to, it jumped back up to where my message was. So now I'm stuck with a very long message bar when I try posting, unless it's a "quick response". Thanks for the advice, and that actually was where I went to try shrinking it, but before I could do anything, it flies to the top of the screen, not allowing me to.

I think we should all be more concerned with who you are interrogating? Try emptying your browser cache and cookies. Worth a shot.

Alright, I was able to fix it. Basically, if I scroll down, and then type a letter, it flies up to it. It would also fly up to that area if I tried minimizing. So instead, I pressed enter a lot, and typed a letter at the bottom of the big white bar. I then started minimizing it, and it didn't move because it would fly to the letter, and the only letter there was the one that was right next to it. And so, I was able to gradually bring it up, and everyone lived happily ever after. The End. (But seriously, thank you for the advice tan, and sorry if this thread was a waste of space. At least it'll be a good teaching tool in case anyone ever runs into this sort of problem. )
