Bludhaven **Spotlighted**

Far below the city streets lies a place never seen by human eyes. A place Sackfolks go to test their platforming skills. That place is called Bludhaven. Recommended for one player, but more than one can play if you communicate with each other.

This is my first attempt at a ps3 level, and is three years in the making. It started out as a lbp1 level, then I moved it to lbp2.

I will do f4f for everyone who leaves a review.

Thanks, and I hope you enjoy it.

Here is my level I'd like for you to play + review: http://lbp.me/v/chtcdr Thread on LBPCentral: https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=72044-Candy-Island-and-the-Dentist

My review for this level:
The level started. The room looked dark and interesting with a hint of light. I pulled the switch, moved the right. I liked the usage of the bouncepads here, and they worked perfectly. I pulled the next switch, which brought down a ball attached to a winch. It brought me up to the next room. Good use of an XOR gate. I thought it was clever how you used the score bubbles to "trick" the player into continuing the level. I boosted out, and there was a long tunnel with a cutscene. The cutscene suited the moment very well. I got out. The spikes looked oddly placed. I think you should put them more closely together and in a more neat fashion. The next obstacle area looked visually pleasing and was fun to get past. I was kind of confused at the big wheel afterwards because I didn't realize there was a wheel there. I fell in the spikes and died. The in/out area was kind of hard, and I didn't realize at the end that there was something I had to grapple to. Therefore, it took me a couple of times to get through it. The part where you grab onto the sponge that shoots you off took many times for me to get to the bounce pad far off. I thought you might have ve messed up on something. You should probably turn on the material tweaker that makes it ungrabbable a little bit later perhaps. The bounce pad tunnel came, that was okay. The spinning contraption afterwards, however, was very cool. The next section with the up/down spike things and the moving switches was fun. I liked how you got the score bubbles to go exactly with how the player was jumping. The gameplay cameras were helpful too. I pull the last switch, and the level ended. I did not expect that. It was hard for me to see the scoreboard because I can't turn my TV upside down. As I played the level, I noticed that you used lights a lot, so the level looked nicely lit most of the time. Overall, the level was well-designed and loads of fun. You should continue creating levels. 'd and <3'd

Woah! This level is awesome. You get a rocket start, and then you're off! Quick jumps, bumps, and points galore. Unlike some other fast paced platformers, you never feel like the level is playing itself with breaks in between where you catch your breath and actually have to use skill. Gameplay is a+! The only thing I thought could use some spiffing up was in the deco department as it's mostly stone throughout. I know your style is minimalist, but maybe a few torch decorations or something might add that extra little bit of oomph. Hearted man. Can't wait till your next one!2012-07-08 02:43:00

Quite a fast paced level. A few of the obstacles are a tiny bit confusing until your eyes adjust to the environment, but was fun overall. No part of the level felt like it was obnoxiously difficult, nor too easy.

Please check out this level: https://lbpcentral.lbp-hub.com/index.php?t=72181-Laser-Chess-Deluxe-2-4-players Bring a friend, or turn on a second controller to get the feel for the game by yourself (it's 2-4 players).

Hey Brannayen!

Thanks for the review of my level. I have your chess level all queued up and ready to go. I am just waiting for my brother to come over so we can play this together.

Feedback coming soon, I promise!
