Shadow Glitch?Bug?

It keeps coming at random times when I'm working on a level and it happens in every level on my moon. I dont know if its unique to me or if anyone else is getting it, but if you are, do you know a fix? Do you know how to report an error or glitch/bug like this to Mm?
