Well I have experienced this bug since a few days ago. And that video (with stephen fry's awesome voice) just doesn't load anywhere. This is expressed in many infortunate ways. For example, if i try to play the Intro level, with any account in my ps3, when I get where I am taught how to dress up, the video doesn't load. And 30-50 seconds later, the ps3 freezes. Also, when I go to the tutorials (I repeat, with any account on my ps3) and watch the dressing up video. It doesn't load and I'm stuck in the tutorials screen until someone tries to join my game. With my main profile, I have no problem with this tho. I mean, I do not have to go over the Introduction level again to play the game, but If i want to create a new account, I NEED to complete that level first. But after i pass the zone where the video should appear, the game crashes right after. So there's no way to complete the Introduction level. I've asked some of my friends to play the Intro level by themselves. And none of them said their ps3 crashed or freezed. They played through the level just fine. So I've been thinking in deleting the game-data and let the game Install and download updates again, but before I do that i have a doubt. Deleting LBP2 Game data will delete my DLC as well? I mean, I know there is LBP2 Game data and LBP2 Downloadable content. But I just can't delete my DLC because I will not be able to download it again since the account I bought them with got banned (I'm appealing it, but in the meanwhile, I can't access it) I just need to be completely sure If i delete LBP2 Game Data I won't be deleting my DLC too. So yeah, those are my doubts. If there is any fix to this bug, please tell me. And if there's not, please tell me If deleting game data will delete my DLC as well. Thanks!

there are many things that could have been going wrong.1:your disc could be scratched were the movie is.how to fix:try using alcohol and a wipe.2:there could be dust in your disc input.how to fix:try to blow out all the dust.3:there could be something wrong with your system.how to fix:take it to gamestop or any other store that deals with ps3/psp.there could also be many more explanations though.hope this works

No,it will now delete all your DLC. Just backup your profile then import it when done deleting game data and after going back on LBP2.
