Multi-Size Sackbot

My problem might be a bit weird, im trying to make a playable sackbot that can change its size to small, normal or big if the player wants to, i did this with a combination of tags and emitters, i added the shrinking ability a few days ago and it shrank and grew back to its normal size without any problems, today i added the ability to grow (to the biggest size available) and it actually works the first time, it grows and comes back to its original size without problem, the problem shows up after it grows again, when it tries to go back to the normal size, it never does and disappears. I noticed the "item breaking sound" each time it grows, is it possible that the sackbot or the circuitry break?
I am not sure if this explanation helps, if not, just ask and i will give you any information you need.

are you making sure that you destroy the original sackbot just before you emit the next size? the bigger it is, the more likely it is to try and emit within the older sackbot. that sound could be the sound you get when you unpause the game before you have glued the objects together after using the merge glitch.

The sackbot is destroyed, but the problem about the size you mentioned gave me an idea of what might me wrong with the big size. I will let you know when i try it.
I am working in an empty room so there are no glued objects right now, but that is not important if the main problem is solved.

That breaking sound must be some material in your level breaking because when a sackbot dies or breaks, its a squishing sound 2012-06-25 16:51:00

The level is empty except for the sackbot, a controllinator and a checkpoint, i always do my creations in another level to make sure nothing goes wrong, the mystery of the breaking sound continues...
On the other hand, i changed the button used to grow and it worked, it can change its size as many times as i want, i am still unsure of what was the problem but its solved now, thanks for the help
