I'm AnjiruTaru, i was wondering, is there something wrong online? i never tried to go online on lbp till today and i just get an error message. been trying for a while now, reset my ps3 after the update too

Sometimes the servers are just finnicky with all the stuff they have to keep track of, and connection requests to them or to other players just plain time out. I always have problems playing online :S

I too encountered my first online issue with the game today, the very same one that you have. I tried a few times, but I just can't get on. Dumb servers.

This seems to be a global problem,so there's either something wrong with the servers, which probably won't get fixed tonight, or there'sa patch on the way. My best are on thelatter.

And fix the bugs to all the problemsin 1.07- Roquefort xD But, I think everyone's having this problem, unless you were previously logged into LBP before the servers stopped responding.

Well, it is good to know I'm not the only one having this problem. I double checked to see if my levels were still there, and yes, they are. I hope they're patching it, I'd rather not have to worry about my levels/progress.
