Sharing DLC between different accounts?

| Today I played LBP2 on a different one of my accounts and noticed that none of the add-ons I downloaded on my main account showed up. Is this a bug or can you only use DLC on the account you purchased it on? I'd understand restrictions on systems, but why would there be one on accounts? It seems like once I buy DLC on a certain PS3, I'd be able to use it for any account I use. | Well i have two PS3's well one belongs to my brother but he never uses it. I download the DLC with my lordwarblade profile which i have also copied the profile to his PS3 and i can use the DLC on both PS3's and all profiles on them.
