I could continue my GTA riverlake city levels because the PSP version crashes often and there's no top- down view on the psp.

well top down is more how you build the level, its not a menu choose, you could do top down on the lbp psp with pistons but it would be hard. and yes, vita will have all the movers and stuff from lbp 2
