Not sure if this is the right forum for this. I recently played a level that had somehow been hacked to disable returning to pod from the pause menu, and I had to use the PS button to quit the game. Is that something that we can "good grief" for? There was no pr0n, profanity, gore, hate speech etc, so I'm guessing it would be in some catch-all category like "terms of use violation"?

This is no hack, it's a bug caused by an update. You'd be reporting levels for no reason. There is a workaround, though. Just take a photo of the pod from the stuck pause menu, and it'll disappear. This issue is to be fixed in the upcoming patch, so it won't be a problem for much longer.
