| Yes you can. But it is far from perfect. I think pictures are pixelized too much. However, it could be helpful sometimes. EDIT: I'm really sorry. | well through my experiances, YES! In Burnout Paradise you could essentially still take a mugshot (you take one whenever someone takes you down online) and you could use both the Playstation Eye, and the Eye Toy, so there you have it, if it works there, it should work here!
