I just made it myself. Usually I make a latte. I brew the espresso and I have a milk steamer but I just googled around for ten minutes and it seems that the basics for making your own ice coffee is just to use an espresso (or double), blend it with some milk and sugar and that's it. So I blended some vanilla ice cream, about four ice cubes, a spoon of sugar, some chocolate sauce, milk and a dash of cream and mixed it with a double espresso. Excellent though next time I'll use less espresso and a hint more sugar. It's so simple.
