I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere, but it looks like the little bars under everyone's avatar is working again. Is XP back? Has it been back for ages and I'm just very slow?

Many things were readjusted in the update, and XP levels were the last thing we could get up and running. Even so, they're different than they were before the update - before the update, we had way too many people at level 100. LBPC is going to be around for quite a bit longer, so we want there to be some room for our vets to continue to grow.

but it's almost like having to start all over again. I had reached that 100 level and it took me nearly 3 years to do it and to be knocked back down to level 56 is like being demoted. I don't like it, no sir, not one bit. After 3,800 sum odd posts and back to level 56. Bio is sad.

I don't like it, no sir, not one bit. After 3,800 sum odd posts and back to level 56. Bio is sad. If it was as easy as adding new levels, we'd do that. But since we didn't design the XP system, we can't modify it to function with more than 100 levels. On the upside, there's a very small chance that we'll ever have to do it again - it's pretty much configured for the rest of LBPCentral's lifespan.

Woot! Level 75. Only beaten by comphermc by one level and CC (Of course). I think it's good that you made it so everyone but you has something to work towards. Sure, points are pointless, but still, it's better this way.
