I shall give you a better description and history lesson later. More info later. Indiana Jones makes his way to the temple hoping the amulet will gain him access inside. Gameplay involves using L1 to use the amulet to control parts of the temple.

I spent the last three months and well over 120 hours working on all three levels. I would love some feedback.2012-06-03 14:41:00

I know what you mean. I worked on my level since the day they announced this contest. I will try this out too.

I finally got the opportunity to finish the series and for me, I liked part 3 the best. The gameplay was better and more interactive and you know me, I love the platforming. Overall a great series with a great story. I liked the variety in gameplay from one chapter to the next as this made nothing seem repetitive. As always, a very clean, well made design. I liked the design of the bosses and favored the one in ch. 3 a little more. Outstanding job.

This has to be my favourite part too. I loved the platforming and the whole design of the level with the sepia look which gave it a rather mysterious and antique feel. I loved all the details and decorations - just beautifully done and made the whole thing so atmospheric. The use of L1 to interact with the level was cleverly done and added an extra layer of interest to the gameplay. Just very polished all round.

I enjoyed the boss fight but my one small nitpick with the level was that when jumping to throw the boulders to each side I kept layer shifting and landing on the boss itself in the back layer. This killed me a couple of times until I worked out how to jump off carefully and it rather interrupted the flow but it's really only a minor point.

I thoroughly enjoyed the series. You told the story well and as Bio said it was impressive how you gave each level its own very different atmosphere and gameplay.

Very best of luck in the contest.

Thank you both very much! I will put layer limitation at the boss, that should fix the layer shifting.2012-06-05 00:39:00

Another exciting platforming level from Shookie. The 3-part series really does feel like I'm in the world of "Indiana Jones" thanks to the level design and story. The materials are once again well-chosen, and the lighting looks creepy, yet neat. The boss battles in part 2 and 3 are really fun to beat, and the L1 button use in part 3 is excellent. Good luck on the contest.

Thanks for the feedback justin! I spent the most time on level 3 but sadly most people are only playing part one and not continuing on to the next levels. Goes down in history as the longest I have ever spent on a series and the most underplayed.2012-06-06 23:41:00
