Hey guys, this is my first official lbp2 level. I've finished it a while ago but decided to publish it after completing two sequels. Please feel free to give feedback. You've come to the right place! This series is about a captain who crashes into a mysterious purple planet, 'Planet X', and finds himself stranded in a hostile environment. Play as the captain as you attempt to discover a way out, or rather, off. This level features strange aliens, crystal currency, all types of simple platforming but some unique gameplay (get your stickers ready), and also a gigantic boss battle. Sorry about the long cinematics, this series has an emphasis on story and exploration, but also, fun. Anyways, if you like this, give the sequels a try. A really well designed environment, but having to walk up a hill to try and discover how to kill enemies meant a lot of dying. Same with the water section. By altering gravity and the limited reaction time given it is very hard to feel like you are in control of your own safety. Which is OK for a level generally, but doesn't seem to sit well right at the start of a level while I am still learning and exploring the very nice environment.

Thanks for your comments, Mr_Fusion! I agree, when i made the level, i just kinda wanted to stuff some baddies wherever there was space so that points can be earned easily. In the future, I will focus more on easing the player into gameplay.

I enjoyed the level. It was a little awkward at first but nothing too bad. There was a section that tells you how to kill the little worm guys, at least that is what I think it said, it disappeared and I was not able to read the entire message. I was trying to avoid the creature and duct out or moved out of range before I could read it. I did not get stuck anywhere or encounter any major problems. This level seems to be well built. The level itself was very well made with cut scenes and a visually appealing environment. The purple planet was a believable landscape that takes you across multiple environments. The story was simple and very well balanced with minimal interruptions from cut scenes. Allowing it to maintain the feel of an actual level and not a lightly interactive movie. There is a variety of platforming with bad guys and characters. If this is one of you first levels I am looking forward to seeing what you may produce in the future. I will queue the sequels and will play them in time. Great Work
