As you probably know, lbp and lbp2 are very complex. I get a few freezing problems, which is normal. However, whenever the game freezes, it's loading! I'm worried that one time I will get save corruption. Please, help me figure this out,please!!

Well, I don't know if this will help for sure, but a while ago people mentioned that opening the XMB, then closing it again seemed to help the loading screens along. Not sure if it will help, but it's worked for me occasionally when things are running slow.

No, theres more. It happned in the first, before I started this level. Then, in lbp2, it froze when I was about to exit the entrance while playing frozen flame. I really wanted to play frozen flame!

I don't know about stopping the freezing in the first place, but I definitely suggest backing up your file on the harddrive and, if possible, a separate USB or something as often as is prudent.

I kind of figured out that it can't be stopped. One time, we made the sackbot, Jhonny. He was the most complex thing I ever made. Then, he blew up.

When I updated to the most recent patch a few days ago I began to experience the same problem. At the moment there's little you can do to mitigate crashes and potential profile corruption other than keep your profile a reasonable size and perform periodic back-ups. Hopefully the next patch is more stable than this one.

Hi there. Just wondering, does it tend to freese at the same point eash time? Just wondering, maybe its not the actual game, maybe its your PS3. Do any other games freeze on you? You Could try... 1. Getting a disc cleaner and run it in your PS3 a few times. 2. The actual disc itself might be dirty. maybe from nephews or that getting thier hands on it, or it may be scratched. You could try cleaning the disc gently, or repairing it with a scratch remover. If you hold it up to the light, you should be able to see any scratches or against the light, for any cracks. 3. Try using another copy of the game from a friend, and see if that acts the same way. 4. You could also try playing the game with no internet connection on, it could be that. I hope you get it working cos without LBP2, your creative arm is not complete.
