We bought LBP the other day and love it. Have 2 questions regarding gameplay that we hope someone can help us with. 1) is there a way to have multiple game users? In other words, if i have been playing LBP and another member of my family wants to start their own game from scratch, is this possible? 2) if we are playing cooperatively, but not online, is there a way for one of the players to "drop out", so the other can continue playing without them? Thanks in advance!

yeah actually both of your questions can be done Yep she is 100% right you can play with up to 3 other family or friends on the same ps3 and you can play with up to 3 on online also and yes if someone leaves then you carry on without them i'm not the finance btw lol

set up another ps3 profile for whoever else wants to play if the other player wants to drop out have them hold the ps button down until the menu pops up and just have said player turn off the controller

You don't have to make another user...? just press the ps button while your playing and then a screen will come up to pick if he is a guest or to use the same profile as you....

To have their own personal accounts, with their own items, trophies, costumes, and saved data, they need to have a seperate profileon thePS3. Just scroll all the wayto the left on the XMB, and click create new user. They'll have to sign up for PSN with a seperate account though. If you're playing co-op,all you have to do is hold the Playstation Button on your controller for a few seconds, and click "Turn off controller". There'll be a short delay, but eventually they will pop out of the game.

we both want to share in the fun. no reason for me to finish levels that she hasnt (or the other way around). thats unfair, and deprives us of certain gaming experiences.

if you make seperate profiles the yall can still play together and share all the fun but you will still be able to play on your own as well that is how we do it
