Define "Better". Texas is bigger so it's better in that sense. But California is more populous than Texas, so California is better in that sense. There Rock, clarified | 2012-05-17 21:36:00 Author: Kern Posts: 5078 |

Texas has cowboys, it wins by default. Of course, I've never even been to the US, so I'm just going to assume everyone in Texas is in fact a cowboy. | 2012-05-17 21:40:00 Author: Doopz Posts: 5592 |
Texas has cowboys, it wins by default. But cowboys are guys who work with cows. They're not what you see on TV. So, why does Texas win because it ahs people who work with cows? Those disgusting things, only fit to be the meat between my buns? ... No homo. | 2012-05-17 21:41:00 Author: RockSauron Posts: 10882 |

Well, I admire a guy who can work with those disgusting things to put food on our plates. | 2012-05-17 21:46:00 Author: Doopz Posts: 5592 |
*sees "recommended for US members only"* *votes anyway* Yeah, I'm a rebel. Next time I want to see China vs Brazil. | 2012-05-17 21:50:00 Author: gdn001 Posts: 5891 |
Well, I admire a guy who can work with those disgusting things to put food on our plates. Cows aren't disgusting! They're amazing creatures! | 2012-05-17 21:50:00 Author: Kern Posts: 5078 |
Cows aren't disgusting! They're amazing creatures! It was Rock who referred to them as disgusting, I was just quoting him. | 2012-05-17 21:54:00 Author: Doopz Posts: 5592 |
Cows aren't disgusting! They're amazing creatures! Yes. They supply the meat between our buns. and I will never think of hamburgers the same again :/ | 2012-05-17 21:56:00 Author: RockSauron Posts: 10882 |
I believe Katy Perry already provided the answer to this question... | 2012-05-17 22:02:00 Author: WoodburyRaider Posts: 1651 |
Well here's what I have to say: Although I was born in California, as the state has Disneyland, exotic fast foods (like Carl's Jr), and the mountains, the state isn't doing all that goood. I voted Texas. Unemployment is lower in Texas, California has gone bankrupt, Right-to-work laws apply in Texas, and cost of living in Texas is lower (especially since no state income tax is imposed). Texas is also a lot better when it comes to education, entertainment, and health care. | 2012-05-17 22:04:00 Author: Apple2012 Posts: 1408 |

I can't decide between my dream of living in CA surrounded by silicone and money or that sexy Texian accent. CA is closer to Vegas, right? Because the Vegas Strip is how I would design a city. | 2012-05-17 22:37:00 Author: Ayneh Posts: 2454 |
California for days. It's no question. It's the 8th largest economy in the world just on it's own. Crazy abundance of game studios around LA. Beaches are great. Weather is amazing like 90% of the time, also we are all incredibly beautiful. That's right, I'm prettier than you. | 2012-05-17 22:37:00 Author: Littlebigdude805 Posts: 1924 |

Despite the fact that California's economy is sorta in the crapper, a mini civil war between NorCal and SoCal, rival cities, wildfires, earthquakes, an overabundance of gangs, drugs and stupid drivers, crappy schooling and a governor whose failed 3 times before... I wouldn't wanna live anywhere else. Because it's that chaos that I call home. | 2012-05-17 23:34:00 Author: Outlaw-Jack Posts: 5757 |
Texan here. I'm not even going to begin rambling on about how Texas is overrated. Not only that, but the real cowboys stereotype came from Tennessee, not Texas. I'm not sure why you're interested in making vs. threads Apple, but I will tell you this: this will be based on pure biased answers, so don't expect a sure win. America's team, out. http://ww3.hdnux.com/photos/06/21/13/1643210/3/628x471.jpg | 2012-05-17 23:40:00 Author: CyberSora Posts: 5551 |
I say we rewrite this song to fit this thread. It helps portray both sides and we all know we're never going to have a real winner. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nGY0l1k6WCA Ladies and gentlemen In this corner we have halo and in this corner we have call of duty Lets get it started Oh we done did it now c.o.d and halo its about to go down its tim to decide which ones the better game one will get the crown while the other's put to shame A decision like this could drive a man insane Cause it starts with a spark then bursts into a flame theres 2 different sides. Which one do you play? which one do you play? Yo Whats up boys and girls yes its me brysi Someone call 911 man this track is on fire. Halo or call of duty, which ones the better game? you might as well be comparing Eminem to Lil Wayne. But in my opinion I'd rather ply C.O.D cause halos just a bit too cartoony I'm a big boy and when i game i wanna feel like im not watchin nick junior like im playing something real Whats up boys and girls yes its me u4ix and im here to make this track just a little less boring im a fan of halo it takes more skill 2 shots to the body vs 5 for the kill When it comes to shootters you know what they say, right? that you should never bring a knife to a gunfight you've got a knife, i got a sword and a pro pipe il EMP your team that means we get a slice-and-dice Oh we done did it now c.o.d and halo its about to go down its tim to decide which ones the better game one will get the crown while the other's put to shame A decision like this could drive a man insane Cause it starts with a spark then bursts into a flame theres 2 different sides. Which one do you play? which one do you play? Ok u4ix i appreciate what youre trying to say but ive got to dissagre with you C.O.Ds the better game In halo they give medals, wow medals thats cool i remember getting stickers back in elementary school in C.O.D they giv killstreaks youve got to be pro to call in attack dogs UAVs and pave lows speaking of being pro C.O.Ds more fun to watch watching halo gameplay is like watching connect the dots Killstreaks how awesome wee free kills how about we fight for map control that takes more skill oh wow you get a radar showing enemy position you get no radar on the slayer pro edition No prone, no perks, and certainly no mini map just you, your team and a D.M.R can you handle that? so listen up man i dont mean to preach but when it comes to great games ive got to pick halo reach Oh we done did it now c.o.d and halo its about to go down its tim to decide which ones the better game one will get the crown while the other's put to shame A decision like this could drive a man insane Cause it starts with a spark then bursts into a flame theres 2 different sides. Here's a neutral post: Texas is bigger, but California is more populated. | 2012-05-18 02:26:00 Author: Apple2012 Posts: 1408 |
Well, you could argue that both regions were taken quite forcefully in United States history. The entire state of Texas was annexed and claimed by Americans after a political squabble with the Mexican government. Additionally, the sweet glitter of gold turned California into a ravaged, money-hungry territory...and it still is today! (I kid, I kid...) And yes, I did just unnecessarily contribute to a topic with a majority of irrelevant information. Then again, there is no "better state" in Texas or California just as there is no "better country" in the US or the UK. I'm just hoping the next thread like this won't be "Which is better: girlz or guyz?" I kid, I kid... | 2012-05-18 03:21:00 Author: Night Angel Posts: 1214 |
Well, you could argue that both regions were taken quite forcefully. You know it would be hard to name a region anywhere that wasn't at some point in time. lol | 2012-05-18 03:31:00 Author: jwwphotos Posts: 11383 |

You know it would be hard to name a region anywhere that wasn't at some point in time. lol Antarctica. Boom, i win. ... Nothing, apparently. :/ | 2012-05-18 04:09:00 Author: RockSauron Posts: 10882 |
Antarctica. Boom, i win. ... Nothing, apparently. :/ Are you kiddin'? We got Australia, the UK, Norway, Argentina, Chile, New Zealand and France claiming territories on the continent, and the US claiming the South Pole. If anything, we're looking at Antarctican anarchy. | 2012-05-18 04:29:00 Author: Outlaw-Jack Posts: 5757 |

All those countries didn't slaughter the penguins to get that ice, mate. | 2012-05-18 17:21:00 Author: RockSauron Posts: 10882 |
All those countries didn't slaughter the penguins to get that ice, mate. Well, history is written by the winners... | 2012-05-18 17:23:00 Author: Valeview Posts: 1581 |
Night Angel explicitly said "forcefully" taken. All those countries didn't slaughter the penguins to get that ice, mate. Maybe some paper cuts! Those can be pretty darn nasty too! | 2012-05-18 17:41:00 Author: jwwphotos Posts: 11383 |
We filmed their awkward waddling and clumsy mating rituals for the world to see. Oh the mockery, the shame alone could kill a penguin. We should set up designated reservations where they can gamble to their little hearts content. The waiter and dealer penguins will wear little tuxedo's. Humans will throw money at that. They can retire in luxury and forget all about those humiliating documentaries. | 2012-05-18 23:16:00 Author: Littlebigdude805 Posts: 1924 |
Not trying to offend anyone, but I've been in both states for a long period of my life, and I'd have to say Texas is what I'd prefer a very little bit more. It's just so peaceful there, and not to dump any personal stuff on California, I like it a lot, but many of my enemies were met there. But so were loads of my friends. Most of the stereotypes, in fact, probably all of Texas are not true, same goes with California. It's not just a beach with hippies carrying surfboards and saying "like" with every pause, and Texas isn't the land of hicks and cows. In fact, they're kinda the same, until you go further north up California. | 2012-05-19 09:10:00 Author: Sackpapoi Posts: 1195 |
Theres a north here? | 2012-05-19 22:31:00 Author: Littlebigdude805 Posts: 1924 |
Theres a north here? There's a north in every state. XD Actually, California is divided into NorCal and SoCal. They're part of the same state, but the cultures are somewhat different. | 2012-05-20 02:33:00 Author: Apple2012 Posts: 1408 |
It's not just a beach with hippies carrying surfboards and saying "like" with every pause Hippies...no. Surfboards...well, I live near the beach so yeah. "like"...so much that people don't even notice. People are like, "I don't want to only use it for like, similes." Oh my God! I just did it! | 2012-05-20 04:24:00 Author: xxMATEOSxx Posts: 1787 |
It's not just a beach with hippies carrying surfboards and saying "like" with every pause California is the US equivalent of the state I live in! | 2012-05-20 12:05:00 Author: gdn001 Posts: 5891 |
California is the US equivalent of the state I live in! How many state are there in Brazil? | 2012-05-21 02:32:00 Author: Apple2012 Posts: 1408 |
