Someone fixed this for me once, but I forgot to save the changes, and now I don't remember what they did. The issue is this: I have a botless teleporter, but if there are 2 players, it sucks the second player in when it ejects you, and kills them. There was a fix that prevented it from killing the second player, but the solution escapes me.

Actually, I already fixed it. I just added a 1 shot counter between the active controllinator output and the eject input, and that fixed it right up.
