I, personally, have experienced this multiple times. Whether its LBP2, INFamous, Portal 2, anything. You are 1-3 trophies away from the platinum. You are close. Your determined. You are ready to get this platinum. Oh, but whats the last trophy you need to get? "Ace 10 story levels in a row." This is whats knocking me off of the platinum in LBP2, This trophy. HOW am I supposed to beat 10 levels in a row without dying? Is that possible? I also have to get the 25 dive in things, but I can do that later. What were/are the last trophies you need for the platinum?

I still need to do all of the tutorials As for the Ace 10 in a row, I don't think it has to be one sitting. Just play levels a bit, see which you find easiest, and go from there. Remember to do the very first one to, that's practically a free one as long as you remember to place the sticker at the beginning, so it's basically ace 9 in a row (which isn't a load better, but oh well).

A trick to acing 10 Story Levels in a row is that everytime you ace a story mode level, back up your profile, so if you end up dying in your next level, all you have to do is load up your profile, and try again. And do the levels that are the easiest to ace.

An easy way to ace the first few levels for the last. First try to ace a harder level. I found Fowl Play a prety hard one to ace (I know, its stupid). So I did that level first. After that, I aced some other bosses. From that moment I got around 4-5 aces in a row. From that point I just played the whole Da Vinci serie. And the first one of Victoria and Clive. They where prety easy as well (cause of the few places you can die in these levels).

I already have all the trophies from both LBP1 and LBP2. Right now, I only have five platinum from all the games I played.

The last ones for me to get were the Dive in 25 and 25 online victories. A friend helped me with that last one....he created a blank level with a scoreboard, a sponge hooked to a grab sensor and score giver. I got the trophy in like 5 minutes. Oh, and if you think Ace in Spades 10 is bad, try 18. I did it without backing up my profile. Of course, I was in a hotel room with not much else to do. Just find the levels that are easiest for you to ace, then do them hardest to easiest. The Dive in 25 probably takes the longest, because you have no control over who you join, and I think you actually have to play a level with them for it to count. Too many times it's what I call "Pod Slappers"....little kids hanging out in a pod, talking crap and slapping each other around.

The last one I got was Dive In 25, but then once I started doing it I noticed how fun it was to mess with people. By that I don't mean like... Doing anything bad to them or their levels or anything. I just start fooling around, acting silly and just trying to have fun. They usually start making fun of me, or whining that I have a weird costume Although, once they hop into create mode to steal my costume, it's on! ...I mean, they can't even steal it anyway! I highly doubt they have the LBP2 Week 1 T-Shirt and​ the Bug Blaster! Jeez! That's when I start with the "heavy sarcasm" and killing them in levels and stuff. Until they kick me, anyway.

I don't understand the appeal of psn trophies. They serve no pratical purpose and are totally worthless. It's not like they can be used as currency to unlock in-game features or anything, and let's face it, nobody else even cares what trophies you have earned so it's not as though there's any satisfaction to be got from bragging rights. Kids seem so obsessed with them these days and I just don't get it at all. I don't even know what trophies I have because I've never cared enough to check.

I, Personally, Pay attention to what friends have what trophies. Its cool to say you completed "Whatever hard challenge" because It took time and effort.

That freaking dive in 25 took me longer to get than every other trophy combined, I was at 24 dive ins and every time i dived I joined a player in their pod... It took months. ;_;

I dont realy like trophys or pins, but alot of the pins in LBP give something more then bragging rights of haveing something completed. I realy wanted to get the "Ace all story level" Pin/trophy. Not realy because i can go up to my friends saying how hard it was, but because acing can give you that music that you were looking for to fit your level, or an awsome sticker that can be used in many different themes. (remember the finger print stickers back in LBP1?) One of the tryphys I need is that "ace 10 levels in a row" Which i have no intention of trying to get anytime soon. I just dont think its worth it if you dont get anything like any of the acing trophys or collecting 100%.

I actually platinumed this game But then my account got deleted and I had to reload old profile back to before the last 3 really hard trophies: Dive in 25 Ace 10 Story Levels Win 10 story versus levels against a local player in a row I got the Ace 10 story levels one. That one is a biotch. The dive in 25 is a stupid trophy because it requires you to once again use their broken internet player connecting system that always gets your playstation freaking out and 20% of the time freezing or locking up on something ridiculous. Winning 10 story versus levels against a local player sounds easy... but it's just that trophy that's boring and takes up time. What idiot in their right mind would sit there getting beat 10 times in a row and not get bored? Easily the hardest trophy because your friend will leave halfway through XD

The last three trophies I had to get were Dive in 25, 25 online VS wins, and 50 unique players (yes, I'm very unpopular). Dive in 25 is pretty easy because if you wait too long, and if you go into a level without joining other players, it still counts if you go to a random level using Dive in. The 25 online VS wins wasn't hard at all, thanks to one of my friends. He made a level where you do just one thing to win. It's set as a VS game, and it's very quick. The 50 Unique players was the hardest one of the three. I was very unpopular throughout the whole time I was on LBP2. Before the three month break form LBP2, I had very few plays (1 player per LBP2 level). The most popular one still had less than 50 players. People won't recognize me in the community.
