um... you could try emitting stickered holo in a sequence... but it will look nowhere near as good or easy to do as using sticker panel.

I'm the master of holo and sticker panel animations. Add a selector. Select all the frames with the selector. Now, add a not gate. Attach it to itself, then attach it to the selector's Cycle input. Tada!

Tada! This. You can also wire each output port to the subsequent input port and the selector will cycle twice as fast. If you want to use sticker panel without buying anything it looks like Overlord and all that may be back, which would mean you could download the pack for free. It's at your discretion, although it'll inevitably be patched.

In my opinion, the sticket panel alone is easily worth $10. Buy it and skip lunch this week.

Well I bought the Special Edition used, and still got all my DLC, so I have the pack. I don't really understand what it does though
