Protect your sandwich!

Hey there people!

Today i tried to make a nice and fun(!) level within six hours! This level is the result and i'm pretty proud of it. There's a three minute time limit, and you can score some big combos which makes it kinda addictive. I can write tons of stuff here about the level but you should really just experience it! Multiplayer is supported, so you can always bring some friends!

Here's some comments from people who played this:

A level my kids were able to play and I enjoyed playing. Good fun!

EWWWWWWW

My sandwich! **** BUGS!

Good luck!

Here's my F4F...

This was hilarious. I'm really glad I picked this level off the list for you. The only suggestion I have is to make the play area bigger. I felt funny smashing the bugs IN to my sandwich. If it was a little larger playing field, and a slightly faster fly swatter, I think it would be more fun. Would feel a little more chaotic, which would be a good thing as your trying to save your one and only sandwich.

Definitely agree here. Great little mini game, simple, fun, addictive. Actually now that I've just typed this all in, I want to go play it again.

Hehe, thanks. Actually, i copied the bumblebee and the caterpillar from another one of my levels, and polished them a little Also gave them some different behaviour, of course.

The sandwich was very detailed .
Actually, it's just 2 bits of different material that i cut to look like a sandwich, nothing special really

Hehe thanks, i'm glad to hear that. Whenever i get another good idea for a simple and fun level i'll try to make another one in 6 hours

Hey there guys, i listened to your comments, and made some changes to the level.
- First of all, i made the fly swatters a little bit faster.
- Second, i increased the spawn rate of the bugs a little.
Some really big combos are now possible, so if you play it now, you're almost guaranteed to set a highscore

hey, just played your level and thought it was great fun! the splatting of bugs was oddly very satisfying, and the sounds and effect fit well. a noticed there are a couple of bugs (no pun intended) with your level though, as sometimes with multiple people the swatters get stuck beneath flies or another swatter. perhaps you could use holo or sticker panel to fix that. also, i find the rotating of the swatters a little unnecessary as it only rotates the handle. i was able to get mad point combos, but i think what would make this level even better is if you have a variety of point rewards. i.e. u can have big bugs worth more and etc... in the future if you want to make the level even crazier, u could implement some sort of health bar into the sandwich, that way the players have a sense of urgency. anyways, just nitpicking, i loved the original idea and gameplay, keep it up.

since this is f4f, i will give u the link to my new levels. play any one of them, they can be played standalone (no need to play the prequels). they are space based and kinda wacky. thanks

I feel like because the level was so small, I was really hovering over one very small area and mashing R1, which made the whole level feel a it too easy.

I liked it though.

I am glad that you liked it
The level was never meant to be hard, i just wanted to quickly create a simple multiplayer level i could play with friends If you want a harder challenge, try setting a highscore!
