you'll have to go through each group until you manage to find that certain one you missed, it wont be highlighted in any way..it'll be blanked out as if you've already done it

That's the same problem for me, I've done everything methodically at least 5 times. I have the game from day 1, I have even sent an help request to MM and didn't get any kind of answer.

For this method, you will need another controller... I done it by making another user (on PS3 XMB), then going on YOUR user, starting up LBP, going to MyMoon, turning on 2nd controller, being the new person, and playing every single tutorial, until you get the trophy. Its really tedious. But, it works. Wow, you'd be really fustrated if this didn't work. But it does, so, don't let that put you off.
