This isn't anything about the rating system or disabling comments if MM feels that is the best option that is fine by me BUT what isn't good is I noticed on the helpline this is includes myself since update 1.12 has updated my PS3 there is this horrible glitch that has stopped the system from saving any of my data. an Error message saying "Recent changes to your profile could not be saved due to an unknown error" This isn't just a fault I been having, alot of people has been experiencing this problem. As soon as this occured I played Skyrim saved no problem, I then played LBP 1 no problem the list goes on. But clearly their is a major fault in this update and it could take weeks for the techical staff to sort out the glitch. If it is possible I think while they are fixing this problem, they should just send an update to remove update 1.12 as I managed to make a prototype for new verison of a hovercraft I made which I used in my level danto saga 10: approaching logic which probably not to some of you but to me was a logic breakthrough, halfway towards what my ultimate goal was hovercraft then this bug kicked in randomly so now I lost all the work I put into this object. I know alot of you would also want to have atleast BOOs back as well but that is not what this thread is about Common soluations that didn't work were: backing up and uploading your profile (bug couldn't allow me to back up but I did upload from a previous back up and didn't fix the problem ) deleting large amounts of stuff as it is a memory issue (I deleted over 30 objects and 7 levels on my moon which still didn't work) delete all saved data (that is not a soluation, that is giving up)

What I did was put all my objects and things into a blank level and published it locked. then reverted to an old profile backup. This glitch is a corrupted profile-I managed to back it up and load it on my other ps3 when it happened to me, and it says 'the data is corrupted'. it was happening before the update but it's increasingly common after it. According to all the glitches and game-ruining bugs in 1.12 I'd say all they did as far as testing it was to see if the game would still boot up, then they said 'kay it works, let's force it out tomorrow'. From how it's going so far, MM is basically ignoring all glitches and bugs while they put out more dlc-you can post on get satisfaction or their facebook page, and they will most likely not even turn their heads let alone leave an actual response or even a 'thanks for reporting this' generated message. Since they refuse to do anything about it, the best you can do is backup everything once a day.

I managed to fix it just by publishing a level by deleting it from my moon then copying it again. they only did this update to stop people harshing other. still don't see why they just never put a mute function in

I had this problem-it's nothing to do with the patch, it means your profile is out of memory-it's a leftover glitch from the beta. Either try deleting unnecessary stuff, or email MM, and they'll fix it so you can keep the stuff.

I'm now okay with removing the boos, but can we at least have a better rating system?

I think it should be more like keeping Yays and boos, but then give the option to remove rating systems. i heard an idea from someone about doing it by points where negative feedback is -1 and postive is a +1 but it never falls below zero that seems fair enough but tbh it is alittle silly taking boos aways as now people write more negative comments saying boos so it hasn't changed much, rather than just anoy the people

To be honest the lack of a on LBP is just pointless. No am I supposed to a assume that everyone who doesn't my level hates it? (Looks at LBP.me, instantly demoralized)
