Does anyone else have this? I thought LBP players might be interested in it due to it having a big user-generated content hook to it. The base game is fun, too.

So, the 360 version of Mod Nation Racers? No thanks; I already know how long it would before I get bored at the repetitiveness of the game. Not going through that same mistake again.

What!? It's nothing like mod-nation.

The online multiplayer is, but only a little. The main single-player component is more time trials-based than pure racing, and the controls are on a strictly 2D plane. It's like a much better-looking and more physics-based Excitebike, really.

DLing the demo will give you an idea as to whether or not the gameplay appeals to you.

But it's nothing like MNR D: It's basically a more awesome version of Trial Biker on miniclip.com. God, I played that single level for hours in school xD

Edit: In fact that's exactly what it is, it's even made by the same people.

Play for epic.

I remember playing that flash game over and over and over a few years ago. Darn addictive it is.

So Trials is basically the same thing but with fancy visuals, more complex tracks and a map editor?

Yeah. They've tightened the physics more as well.

Seriously? Trials Evolution is the sequel to Trials HD which came out BEFORE Mod Nation Racers. It's literally nothing like Mod Nation Racers. In fact, you'd be closer to assuming the game is similar to Super Meat Boy.

[Cyber is wrong comment.]

Understandable, I guess. I only based my claim on the trailer itself since I haven't actually played the Miniclip game because our school blocks any sort of entertainment since the day web filters were invented. Well that and my school's idea of a game is to use basketballs as dodgeballs (it's surprisingly entertaining).

Played it now. While I can understand people bored to hell enough to enjoy this, I personally don't see anything special. Sure, it's challenging, and I like that concept of difficult maneuvering, but this seems more of game fit to kill some time; I usually play games when I'm free of my schedule and I do it for enjoyment, not just our of boredom.

Seeing that I have absolutely no idea why you guys find this game so charming, I guess I'll take my leave now. Have fun with this thread.
