Hey everyone. I just found out 2 minutes ago that my Toy Story DLC (which I remember purchasing AND playing) all of a sudden disappeared. Every time I try and use something with the DLC, it says I don't own the pack. I checked the "More Stories" section, and it's not there. I checked the Store, and it says I haven't purchased the DLC. Does anyone know what happened?! Is there a way to fix this? I know for a fact I rightfully purchased this DLC and I'm very upset that I don't have it anymore. Thanks. EDIT: Nevermind. Figured out why it's gone. My brother purchased it on his account, and he just deleted his account this morning because he got a new one. The DLC went with it. So we lost all of his money, the DLC too. Sorry.

That doesn't sound good. When you say he deleted his account, are you referring to his account on your PS3 and not his PSN? If so, then I think the simple fix would be to create a new account on your system and activate it with his old PSN ID containing the Toy Story DLC. You may need to re-download the DLC, but everything should work from there. Hope I helped. Good luck!

^ This. My brother did the same thing a while back. He deleted the profile, not the PSN account in its entirety so we were able to save all the DLC and everything. Creating a new user and signing back in with his old email/password should fix the issue. You will have to re-download all the DLC though.

Should have checked here before buying it again. Galacemiguel and myself posted only a few hours after your initial post... Sorry to hear that though. Well, at least now you know...for future reference I guess. And on the bright side, at least you don't have to worry about losing it again since you're the one in control of it now.
