Howdy fellow Sacks. I'm currently at an early (ish) stage of my level, with lots more to go, but I plan on having a story mode and a race mode. For the race mode, I'm going to have a score counting down (10 points every second of something.... haven't decided yet). My problem is that my level is gonna be split into parts, with part 2 (and possibly 3 depending on how things go) being sub levels. So, I'm wondering if there is any way to ensure that if a player selects race mode in part 1, that they have to pick race mode in all subsequent parts. The only way I can think of doing it, is to make it so you can't receive points in story mode, and that in the sub levels it will recognize when the player has >0 points, and thus will force you into race mode. But even then, if a player does unbelievably bad, he/she could end up with 0 points in race mode... so this will obviously bypass the >0 points logic. Any ideas?

This... but simply activate a score giver before the level link and use a score remover immediately after they spawn in the level (and after race is continued) to rebalance the scores

I didn't think of that. That should work, and it would mean I'm at least able to have points in the story mode if I just make the amount of points that are given at the end, higher than what can be achieved in the story mode. Thanks.
